Very nice room with nice firm comfortable bed, well-supplied kitchen, and large new TV. Would definitely stay again.

The little balcony out back was surprisingly enjoyable. Beautiful and quiet place to sit and only a short walk to the slopes. Incredible.

The unit was clean, modern, and well maintained. I also really liked the location — it’s very close to the main lift, which made getting on the mountain easy. I had no complaints during my stay. Of course, everyone wishes it were a little cheaper, but that’s understandable for Kirkwood. Overall, a great and convenient place to stay.

It wasn’t as close to the ski hill as I had hoped, but still a very nice location.The hot tub was out of order, which was disappointing after a day of skiing on the mountain.

Overall the room met our needs. There were three of us, the listing said sleeps four. You could reasonable sleep this many people, but there was no bedding for the pullout sofa. When we reached out to management to ask about extra bedding, and we received no response. It would have been helpful to know because we could have planned accordingly.

This was a very nice property at a reasonable price. Nice neighborhood, secure enclosed garage. Although we did not use the kitchen, it was well stocked and clean. King size bed was very comfortable. We were in town for a wedding and this was a perfect location. Our host, John was very prompt on responding to my questions. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Efficient small condo - good for a couple. We rented midweek in July; building was almost empty. But beautiful scenery and max bloom of wildflowers. We really enjoyed hiking trails between Kirkwood and Carson pass.

The unit is great, very nice. Location is great. I would guess this is one of the nicer units around. Only wished they had a fan since there was no AC. They said they would add one so should be good!

I was disappointed in the size of the studio. It’s most helpful the square feet are listed, and the refrigerator was miniature. I expect a full-size refrigerator and a studio. It was very difficult to get all the food we brought into the refrigerator and it malfunctioned it froze food in the refrigerator section. Both my husband and I hit our calves on the bed frame cause the walking area is squeezed. There should be a bathmat in the shower to avoid slipping. The rugs were dirty, and the oven mit should be discarded. It was impossible to fry eggs in the pan or Grill provided.- everything seemed to stick like glue even with copious amounts of olive oil
