Cozy up next to the fireplace in your beautiful riverfront cottage with a true rustic wood cabin feel. Step outside and be taken back by the stunning views of Burnt River. Perfect waterside fire pit and deep water swimming with newer dock and armour stones. Kayaks/hammock available, boat launch 2 mins down the road. This 700sqft cottage has comfortable living spaces inside and out. The newer wraparound deck features glass railing and large outdoor patio table with built-in hot tub.

Amazing Cottage-country stay

Best cottage getaway! Very gracious and clean with game boards,loads of DVD movies and a cozy indoor fireplace. Not to mention the spectacular hot tub overlooking the beautiful river! The property was very quiet and private. I would definitely stay here again!

Great cottage!

The property owners were helpful and answered quickly to any questions. The property was clean and in an excellent spot. There were lots of amenities. Couldn’t have been any better.

Great little retreat !

We had a lovely stay at the cottage and enjoyed the home from home comforts. The hosts were great with comms and the location is very picturesque. Will be back again!

Great vacation !!

We stayed for a weekend and it was absolutely lovely. There were lots to do with kayaks, paddle board and hot tub. There was also board games and puzzles. We truly enjoyed our time there and will defiantly book here again in the summer !

Perfect Fall Getaway

We spent three nights in this charming, rustic cottage and loved every minute of it! We felt right at home as the cottage had all the amenities that we needed for a peaceful and relaxing fall mini vacation. A large waterfront property with a stunning view of the river. Many hours were spent dockside enjoying the fresh air and the scenery. Can’t wait to visit again!

Wonderful stay at Kawartha Lakes

We had a great time staying at this property. The cottage was sparkling clean, cosy, there are LOTS of indoor and outdoor games for every age, a fully equipped kitchen and the hot tub overlooking the river is a really nice bonus. Neil was very responsive to the questions we had before ans during our stay.

Relaxing getaway

We had a relaxing stay at the cottage. It was private, peaceful and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the large deck, river access and hot tub. Neil was always quick to respond and clear. Will definitely consider returning!

Perfect cottage getaway

Everything was wonderful from start to finish! Check-in was easy. Had a nice classic cottage feel, in a lovely location, with a beautiful view over the river. Although there are neighboring cottages, was quiet and private. Loved relaxing in the hot tub overlooking the river, and BBQ dinners on the deck. No complaints!

Relaxtion at it's Finest

Lots of amenities and lots of things to do. The highlight was the hot tub and the firepit. The hosts are great- communication was fantastic and their use of QR codes to explain items was impressive. The property is beautiful and well kept. We would love to come back.

Relaxing Riverfront Retreat

We had a lovely stay. The cottage is cozy and rustic and nicely decorated. The river and forest is quiet and relaxing. The kayaks were fun and the hot tub and deck were fantastic. Great lake views! It is also a quick drive into town for dinner, shopping, the beach and ice cream. We would love to come back!

Beautiful spot

This is a wonderful cottage in a beautiful spot on Burnt River. We enjoyed kayaking and canoeing, campfires, and the many great games that are available. Abundant water was supplied, as well as a full propane tank for the BBQ. Communication was always easy and prompt. Highly recommended.

This property is beautiful, quiet and well maintained by the host. It had everything you need to enjoy a getaway. Located close to town and on the water, which the hot tub and fire pit overlook. There are also kayaks and a canoe to use, for some leisurely fun! Highly recommended, as the host was so helpful and friendly the entire time. We will be back!

Lovely Visit

The cottage and property are exactly as described; tranquil, fun and beautiful. We really enjoyed being on a river, opposed to a lake for a change. All of the water amenities provided; canoe, kayaks and paddle boat is amazing. The hosts provide easy to follow instructions regarding every aspect of the cottage. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.
