This newer home is designed to provide skiers and snowboarders with the ultimate winter sports getaway. The house is 5800 square feet and includes 6 bedrooms and 6 baths. The heated garage is big enough to hold 4 small vehicles and has room left over for ski and snowboard storage. The mudroom/foyer has plenty of coat hooks and cubbies to keep your ski gear organized, along with benches to put on your boots. The basement level also includes a rec room with a pool table and 75 inch 4K TV, along with a playstation 4 gaming system. Theatre seating and a wet bar is also in the rec room. This level includes a large bunkroom that sleeps 6.

On the main level is a huge great room with 25 foot ceilings that includes a massive couch, an LG OLED 4K TV, a beautiful fireplace, a dining table that seats 10, and a kitchen island that seats 7. The gourmet kitchen has Bosch, Jenaire and Sub Zero appliances. There are two bedrooms on the main level, each with its own bath and plenty of closet space. One of these bedrooms has a king sized bed and a fireplace, the other has twin beds. This level also has a heated outdoor deck with a hot tub for apres-ski relaxation.

The third level has two huge master suites with king beds, amazing spacious baths and walk in closets. LG OLED 4K TV's hang on the walls in these bedrooms and one has a custom fireplace. A free standing copper soaking tub is a true treat. There is also a small bedroom/office on this level with a queen bed.

The home will sleep 16 people without having to resort to sleeping on a pull out couch or futon. It has radiant heat and high end finishes throughout. No expense was spared in making this home the ultimate skier's getaway. In the morning it is a 100 foot walk to Trygve's run and from there a short ski down to the base of Peak 8. At the end of the day you can ski back right to your door, or if the weather takes a nasty turn you can come back to warm up by the fireplace in the great room. Although you come to Breck for the snow, you will find that this home will make your time off the slopes as enjoyable as your outdoor fun.
