CASA SERENA

Casa Serena is a luxurious six-bedroom villa designed for comfort and elegance, offering the perfect balance of indoor and outdoor living.

The main floor features a grand living area with high ceilings, a formal dining room, and an open terrace with a casual dining space. Outside, guests can enjoy a pool, Jacuzzi, and a barbecue area ideal for entertaining. This floor includes four bedrooms: two master suites, one with a private outdoor Jacuzzi and the other with an indoor Jacuzzi, along with two guest bedrooms. A fully equipped main kitchen, a cozy studio with a TV, and a sitting area complete this level.

The lower floor boasts two additional bedrooms, a spacious living and game room with a Ping Pong table, a pool table, and a TV, making it perfect for recreation. This floor also includes two maids’ quarters with private bathrooms, a laundry area, and a service kitchen. The expansive backyard offers a trampoline, a volleyball area, and picnic tables for outdoor fun.

One of Casa Serena’s most distinctive features is its wrap-around veranda, accessible from each bedroom, providing the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or relax while taking in the serene views. Casa Serena combines thoughtful design and modern amenities, creating a memorable getaway for families and groups.

RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access.

RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE
Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:
> Access to golf courses including advance reservations at special rates
> Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners
> Use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach
> Discounts, special offers, and promotions at the resort’s restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities
> Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center

* FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This, of course, can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products etc)
