Fully furnished and amazing designed interior sweet home. The light and breezy 1 bedroom apartment has everything you need to suit your stay. Equipped kitchen and balcony to enjoy every moment of it.

Floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Walking distance to the Gabba,PA hospital, Kangaroo Point Cliffs trendy cafes, great schools. Only 2 Km to the city. 7 Minutes drive to CBD.

PS- *There is no access to the rooftop and the pool level*

The Space:
Natural oak timbers, Calcutta stone countertops, metallic black elements, and integrated European appliances are showcased. The sweet bedroom comes with a high quality super comfy soft mattress where you could have a lovely night.

Key pick-up is at nearby convenience store.

The Neighborhood:
Woolloongabba is known as one the most desirable areas to live in. It's a very friendly neighborhood with the peace of quiet but the amenities of being next to a shopping centre. It is mainly professionals, families, students and tourists in the neighborhood. Easy access in and out of the City, trendy cafes, great schools, buses, local parks, and sports club. A short walk to Buranda Village shopping Centre with variety shop. Walking distance to the PA Hospital, Kangaroo Point Cliffs.

Getting Around:
1. Direct bus to CBD access at street level (Cityglider, 174, 175 & 204 bus connection)
2. 5 Minutes walk to Buranda Train Station.
3. 15 Minutes walk to Woolloongabba Bus Station.

Other Things to Note:
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

Linen: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay but we do not replenish, you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out.

Airtrip is an offsite property management, should have any questions or concern please reach out to us directly via the messaging platform.

Additional rules
Please make a note of the following during your stay as we want all our guests to be able to enjoy the place over and over again. And again don't forget to have a fabulous stay!
- All extra guest must leave the premises by 10 pm
- Strictly no smoking inside the premises - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
- No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine.
- Key loss will result in a charge of $300; and $150 will be charged if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance after office hours.
- Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $40 per hour. Keys need to be left in the apartment before the check-out time. Please leave your apartment tidy by washing your dishes and taking out any rubbish.
- Any FAULTS or BREAKAGES – please report any as and when it happens to ensure we can resolve it without any delays.
- Please note that additional cleaning charges will be applied for guests that leave the apartment in an unacceptable state.
- We only manage the apartments in the building and all of the building amenities are managed by the building management. Any amenity temporarily unavailable or under repair will be out of our control.

We are available to assist the guest whenever needed.

Rest and recovery.
We chose this property because of facilities and location due to a medical operation. While it met the need there were some disappointments. Maintenance is needed. 1. Shower did not drain until I cleaned the floor waste 2. The basin had no plug and water flow was very poor. 3. Neither bedside light worked. 4. The rangehood light didn't work. 5. Bed - low and average. 6. Carpet is in need of replacement. 7. Couch aged. 8. General state of kitchen cleaning average. 9. Some more cleaing supplies for dishwasher and washing machine and more than 2 cups would have been more appropriate for a 12 day stay. 10. The key collection process added stress when the code had not been timely supplied and the host contact did not answer the phone. Overall - sorry to be so particular but this was not quite of the Standard I had come to expect of a Stayz property given the cost.
