Beautiful views. Great space-wise. It had all you needed for kitchen, (pots, pans, etc). Couches a bit worn/dirty, Not as pristine as picture. Bathroom inside shower curtains definitely needed to be changed. 4 stars.

Review

The family enjoyed our stay. The location is great: On the beach and close to local attractions and restaurants. Could have been a little cleaner in regards to comforters on beds and pillows, there were some stains that we noted. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay

The overall check in, communication, and location was outstanding. Annoying nothing is provided (toilet paper, towels, dish washing detergent, etc) but clearly stated in the listing so no surprises. Only negative the entire stay was a terrible odor in the upstairs bedroom. Great location, accurate listing, great pool/hot tub, great property manager- would stay again.

Family friendly

We hosted my husbands 50th birthday party at the condo. It was the perfect space as the first floor is for entertaining and the second is the majority of the bedrooms. They have 3 fridges which was a plus, pool table and craps table too. The coffee maker was broken but a new one was delivered same day.

Amazing location and plenty of room!

The condo we stayed in was fantastic for space, amenities, and the VIEW! I shared some maintenance issues with the property manager and they were receptive to the information. The cleaning crew was missing some details in upkeep, but the major surfaces (counters, sink, stove, fridge) were clean. Overall I would stay again and be glad to have the opportunity. The ocean was literally steps away and it was an easy walk to some shopping and a quick drive to a great grocery store.

Christmas vacation

The first night the patio door lock was broke and unlocked, so we had to put a stick in the door. The same night we called customer service so somebody can come fix the lock and step because it was also broken. But besides that the location was good and the ocean view was great.

Great for 8 Golfers

The first impression of this 7 bedroom condo was very impressive. The location and vicinity to the beach was perfect. We were disappointed the hot tub wasn’t available (the write up at booking said nothing of its closure). The hot tub was running when we checked in, but only half full and had leaf debris floating in it. When I called the office to inquire, I was told she would look into it and get back to me, but I never got a return call. A group of “gentlemen” checked into the unit above us and kept some rather annoying hours. We were awoken on several occasions between 3:30 and 5:00 am when they returned to their unit and decided to turn on their music and continue their festivities. Admittedly, we did not complain at the time to have this issue addressed. All in all this unit was great for our group and we wouldn’t hesitate to rebook for future trips.

it was okay

We had a handicap person with us and the elevator did not work we were told it was not going to be fixed the hot tub also did not work.
