This beautiful Hawaiian plantation-style resort is situated oceanfront on 25 lush acres of Kauai's eastern shore. Conveniently located just 6-minutes by car to the Lihue airport, 3-minutes to the Wailua Golf Course, and 6-minutes to nearby Lydgate Beach Park, Kamalani Playground, and the Wailua River Fern Grotto.

Enjoy 4 pools with lagoon-styling and tropical waterfalls. Children and adults alike will not want to leave the sandy bottom pool complete with a waterslide. Relax in the hot-tub and sunbathe on the pool-side lounges. Walk to 3 miles of sandy beach for exploring, shell hunting, and gorgeous sunrise and moonrise viewing.
King bed in primary bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom (twins convertible to a king upon request; housekeeping fee applies). Barn doors lock for privacy and each bedroom has its own separate access.

Very nice stay in Kauai.

The condo at Kauai Resorts was very nice. It was just as advertised and the pool amenities were great.

This place is great for people who love quiet area and not too far from the airport. It’s kind of in the middle to go to the north shore or south shore.

Absolutely wonderful condo!

I am having my last meal here on the outside lanai watching the beautiful waves and horizon. This condo was perfect for my family of two adults two tweens. Plenty spacious, comfortable and beautiful decor! Love Kapaa town and would love to stay here again. We did the big resort pools and waterfalls on the first day and the KBV pool on the last day. KBV grounds and pool are beautifully maintained. We loved our stay!

Amazing Place to Stay!

The Lullaby of the Waves

Normally stay at a resort… oh but this was so much better. It was peaceful, clean, and close enough to everything. We still have the amenities of a resort but with the comforts of home.

Nice place to stay

The property is nice. Buildings itself need some TLC. Alarming to see balconies crumbling and large pieces missing from balconies. Overall our particular unit had been remodeled and was modern. Pools are very nice and a great way to spend the day.

Unit was large and nice, but pump is very anoying

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A large pump was started ever day that sits out side and creates a lot of noice to drain water from the lake. The safe door was locked Open upon our arrival when we got there, so we were unable to use it during the week. When we notified the management company about it, they didnt offer to come and fix it during our stay. Condo was nice and photos are accurate.

We loved the roosters but appreciated the fan that we could plug in to drown out the noise because they crowed before the sun would rise. It made us laugh though. We loved our view, the layout was cozy too. Any issues that arose were handled very quickly. It was nice having AC. The kitchen was functional and clean. We loved it. The resort pool with the slide was closed which was a little bit of a bummer because our boys would have liked that. We were not aware of this but would probably have stayed at this place anyway. The beach is beautiful and is very close walk.

Family Vacation Success

What a great little piece of Kauai. We loved our time at Kauai Beach Villas. The condo was great.. only wished their was A/C throughout the entire condo but that was known before our trip and it was exceptionally hot which is unusual for Kauai. The condo had everything you need and if not you probably didn’t need it. Very central and with the access to the hotel next store it was very convenient for all. We had two condos that week at same space and this one was superior to the Wyndham room we had concurrent, Mahalo. Highly Recommend!

Family trip to Kauai

We really enjoyed our stay here at Kauai Beach Villas. The location on the island was so convenient as we took day trips each day. The resort pools are really nice. We LOVED the restaurant on site, and went there for two lovely breakfasts. The condo unit was as described in the description. I would have preferred if there was a real wall in between the two bedrooms instead of a barn door, but I knew to expect that. The bathrooms were big, and it was nice having laundry in the unit. The kitchen and eating area feels nice and big for a condo, and we were thankful to have that much space to spread out. Overall, it was a great place and I'd stay here again.

Awesome Condo!!

Loved this place so much. Way more spacious than it even looks online. Fully stocked with kitchen starter kit and laundry starter kit. Extra beach towels. There was beach gear, we just did not use it. There were chairs and boogie boards. The restaurant on site is just meh, but there are a lot of close dining options. The beds were SO comfortable! There are books, puzzles. Our lanai was closed, but we knew that prior to arrival. Still absolutely adored the place. Easy access to grills, too. Will definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to visit this beautiful island again! Mahalo!!!

Comfortable condo, good location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location to get to different parts of the island. Very safe and secure. We liked how it was part of the Kaua'i Beach Resort. Beach access was easy to get to from the resort. Plenty of parking. The apartment was nice, clean, and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The only negative that I can think of is that the hot tub was not hot. We were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to a medical emergency. It was easy to contact the manager regarding our situation, and she was very helpful. We will plan to definitely stay here again!

Enjoyable stay

The condo is large, well maintained. I would have liked a better appointed kitchen - no teapot or kettle, no steamer basket, no serving bowls - but adequate if you aren't going to cook much. I found all the roosters very funny but if you don't want to hear them very early in the morning, it might be a drawback. There is a great view of the lagoon. The balcony does look right across at another building so I wouldn't say privacy is plentiful. We arrived on a Sunday and didn't hear any neighbors until the next Saturday. I could hear the people next door as clear as day. If you aren't going to be in the condo a lot, it isn't an issue. We found Shutters restaurant at the resort to be quite pricey but only ate there our first night. The location is great, close to the airport. All in all, a wonderful stay.

Beautiful!!

My sister and her family also stayed at KBV but in a different condo booked thru another vendor. Let me just say...E11 is a BEAUTIFUL condo. Everything within the condo looks to have been recently updated. Gorgeous. We loved the location . Quick walk to beach or pools and the views were AMAZING.. And easy drives to North of the Island or west side of the Island. I LOVED how the beds were set up. Perfect for my husband and I and our girls. We discovered all the guest supplies like laundry soap and trash bags after we purchased our own. We just left the rest of ours for the next guests. When we book another trip we will definitely rebook this condo.

Great Home Base for Everything Kauai!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa is exactly as pictured in the photos and did not disappoint. It was a great location in the middle of the island for us to access activities on the north shore such as Tunnels Beach and the south shore such as Poipu, Waimea Canyon and Barking Sands (if you have base access), each within an hour or less drive. It does rain here more than the south shore but since we were gone all day exploring the Island that didn’t bother us! The amenities at the hotel adjacent are decent, the pool and hot tubs were mainly what we used and were a great option to have at the end of the day but not somewhere you’d want to hang out at all day long. It’s on the water but the ocean is not swimmable at this location, so be aware of that. The restaurant on site was fine but the portions are small. It’s better to hit the grocery store and cook in. The kitchen was well equipped, I love that people are allowed to leave things for future use so you don’t have to buy everything like spices, oils and condiments. I wish the stove and sink were full sized, they are slightly smaller than normal, but that didn’t stop us from cooking many meals. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. Thanks!

Great Stay, Beautiful Accommodations and Resort

Very clean and fully stocked with all the necessities, including dispensable items such as toilet paper, paper towel, dish & laundry detergent. Modern décor and new appliances. FULLY stocked kitchen greatly appreciated and made meals very easy to prepare. The use of a private washer & dryer is a definite plus. The resort grounds where well maintained. Close walk to the beach. Centrally located and equal distance to both sides of the island. Close to the airport, but quiet and no noise from planes. Property Management was easy to work with and to get a hold of when we had questions. Air conditioning in the unit was a plus but the window units were noisy at night. We did not end up using them and opted for the ceiling fans; which was adequate and in every room. Not a deal breaker. Would definitely consider as a first choice to rent this unit again on our next visit to the Island if available. Thank you for allowing us to stay at such a great rental and making our vacation that much more memorable!

Nice place to stay in Lihue

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Since we were here in November, the cooling units and ceiling fans available in the bedrooms were sufficient to keep the place at a comfortable temperature. I can imagine that the main area, which doesn't have air conditioning, might get a bit warm when the outdoor temperature is higher like in the summer. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, cups, glasses, etc. It had everything we needed.The only downside with the location of the property is that it's sometimes difficult to make a left turn onto the main road from the property. On some mornings, left turns were prohibited. That meant, making a right turn and driving down a bit until you can make another two turns to get onto the main road (i.e. left turn into a road/property, turn around, then right turn onto the main road). Besides that, the property is nicely located and it's easy to get to other places on the island.
