The location was excellent for early morning sunrise views & walks along the beach! Parking onsite was wonderful & the easy access to a laundry room was definitely a value add for a week long trip. NOTE that it does NOT have A/C & a number of the outlets need replacing so charging devices was a learning experience.

A month on the garden island

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a good visit at the Kuhio Prince in Poipu. Nice property and the unit was as described. I requested a move after hurricane Lowell because I had been without power 2.5 days and inquired if there might be a unit on another part of the island where power might be restored quicker. My request was accommodated to Kaha Lani on the east side of the island. This unit had great access to the ocean and Lydgate Park. This unit could use some updating - rust on ceiling fans, mold in the shower, and could use a thorough cleaning of windows.

Great spot, perfect size for our family of 4. So glad we chose ocean front for the views & sunset/rise. Very clean & the kids loved the pool.

It's a short walk to the beach and centrally located to the other areas of the island. It is an older unit but it was clean and comfortable. The entire property is well cared for. Property management was wonderful.

We loved our stay here! Beautiful ocean views from the back porch and primary bedroom, nice pool area, great price and location. Would stay here again!

Our condo was excellent for our needs of two couples. Spacious and a beautiful view from the ground floor balcony. The roosters were a nice addition...haha..

Everything was fantastic! The house was well stocked and there was lots of stuff for our beach experience. Great walking path also! I would stay here or any of their other properties again. Thank you for a great week!

Great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This ground floor unit had two bedrooms (1king, 2 twin beds, a large living/dining area, kitchen, and 2 full bathrooms. This setup worked great for our family of four. There was no A/C but the tradewinds and fans kept the temperature comfortable. It was in a quiet area close to highways, Lihu’e, Kapa’a, etc. The location of the condo within the complex was great. There is an amazing ocean view from the main living area and one bedroom. The unit was close to laundry and parking. There were enough supplies and towels. It was useful to have a closet full of beach gear/toys/cooler. The pool was warm and suprisingly deep at one end which my kids loved. The walking trail that goes along the coastline was accessible from the grounds (which by the way are well maintained and beautiful). We were able to use the trail to walk to Lydgate Park in just a few minutes. The location of the condo was central and convenient for getting to other areas of Kauai. The unit shows its age but it was clean, comfortable, and more than adequate for our needs. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Location, location, location! A quick 10 min drive from the airport, and the unit overlooks the ocean. A walking trail takes you to a lifeguarded beach, and a nearby hotel offers a luau and outdoor restaurant. Other shopping, restaurants are a short drive. The unit is a bit dated and neglected, especially the BRs and bathrooms. Newer kitchen cabinets and appliances were nice, and the cooking supplies and dishes were good. The pool and outdoor common areas were very nice—well-manicured and beautiful. We were told this unit was on the market for sale so I suspect a new owner with a little investment could make this unit a real jewel.

This condo is the closest to the beach! Ground floor with 2 lanais. A bit aged, 1975, and the back of the house needing updating..it just went on the market when we arrived..may have sold. Full kitchen and utensils, but no condiments. Only 1 hand soap in baths. Comfortable and clean overall.Extremely good customer service from Kauai Vacation Rental reps by phone and texts! Great job ladies! Mahalo!Overall, very nice!

Great Family Spot

The place was very clean but it is VERY dated - could use a few updates. Everthing was great, we had enough towels and didn't discover the beach chairs until the last day. We felt safe and loved sleeping to the sounds of waves.
