Our home is 3000 square feet and is located in a very nice neighborhood in beautiful Surprise, Arizona. Private pool heated to 85 degrees, no additional charge, Tiki bar makes for great backyard entertaining outside as well as pool table, and two-family rooms for entertaining inside. Bedroom #1 on main floor with Queen bed and bathroom on main. Upstairs large master king room w/private bathroom, two other rooms one with King and one with queen additional 3rd bathroom upstairs. Small home office upstairs.

Spacious home in great area

Tons of elbowroom for my family and friends to spread out in. The heated pool was nice in January! Great property at a great price!

Quite and spacious!

We had all the amenities/accessories we could need while staying here. Lovely home with a small park across the street. Grocery store and restaurants within a short 5 minute drive. Seperate living spaces for larger groups. Only "negative" thing was no hottub. Listening said it had ine but its the tub in the primary bedroom upstairs. Not a deal breaker by any means! The primary bedroom and bathroom was to die for! So big and shower was amazing! Will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Great getaway for girls trip

To get away from the midwestern winters, we escape to AZ in February. This year, we tried Surprise, and it did not disappoint. We stayed the week before spring training games started, so local restaurants were busy, but not crazy. Ask for the happy hour menu at the Toast... great appetizers and drink specials. Really enjoyed the heated pool, and 4 bedrooms for 4 ladies was the best. Great hiking nearby at White Tanks park, plus a walking trail through the neighborhood. We also found out that you're never too old for ping-pong. Kitchen was well stocked, and plenty of grocery stores nearby. We did have a few minor issues with the cleaning, but owner was very kind and responsive through VRBO messaging. Would definitely recommend.

Sunshine and a pool

We has a great time, the house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The house was large enough to let everyone to have their own room with tv… The grandsons loved the warm pool and at night it was family game time on the pool table and ping pong table … I would highly recommended this house and the owner …

Awesome house

Four couples stayed in this four bedroom house for the USTA tennis tournament in February. It was very adequate for what we needed. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t quite nice enough to enjoy the tiki bar or the pool but nonetheless it was very enjoyable.

Great House for Families

We Loved the House and all the amenities that are available, unfortunately the pool heater decided to stop working, so the pool was not an option in Decembers weather. Fortunately these owners are caring and tried diligently to get it fixed. Lucky for us Lisa called and apologized and gave us a refund for the pool being unusable!!! I would definitely recommend this House!!

Awesome House and visit

We really enjoyed the house and the awesome pool!!! The location was great for us! The only thing that could have been better is if MLB wasn't in a lockout... we didn't get to watch any games. The owner was very responsive and very nice. Thanks for a great month!

Sibling Get Together

6 siblings, who had to cancel 2 vacations d/t Covid finally get together. We could not have picked a better place. This house is a vacation paradise, all we had to supply was the food and drinks. The backyard pool and patio, where we spent most of our time, allowed all of us to sit back and relax. Lisa, your place is a 5-star vacation home in every way.

AWESOME!!

The property was awesome, inside and out! What a beautiful home. Wish I had it !!! We had a family reunion and split time between this house and our son's and everyone enjoyed coming over. The inside is so gorgeous and there was nothing it didn't have. The only one thing I would suggest is get a better internet service. It wasn't very good and kicked us off a lot. Other then that is was a perfect trip and I would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you! Karen Church and Families

Great Place for the Family!

We were very happy with this rental for our vacation to Surprise. The house was exactly as described, I would say some of the pictures didn't do it justice - it was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The pool was perfect and the instructions given for the house were easy to follow and very informative. Our only hiccup was with the wi-fi as it was spotty throughout certain times of the day which made it challenging for work purposes. But overall, we were happy with this rental and would definitely recommend to others!

BEST VRBO I HAVE EVER RENTED!!!!

What a nice home!!! Everything was just perfect. Easy living at its best!! Pool was wonderful, bedding and towels very nice, kitchen a great place to cook in!!! Only left to go hiking and hit Sedona otherwise my family was so happy at the house...Thanks so much to Brad who helped me.....

Spring Training Trip

This was a quality property. Everything was as described and then some. We had 8 people and were very comfortable. We cooked a lot and had everything we needed. Owner was very prompt and cordial. Very quiet neighborhood yet close to amenities. Would rent again.

We looked around before we found this location and this property it is in a very quite family orient neighborhood in up and coming surprise. Close to many golf courses, restaurants and shopping areas. Also, and very important it was a very safe area, you will feel totally safe walking around day or night.
