Our ground floor 3 bedroom oasis will have you in that relaxed vacation state of mind in no time!

Located in the St. Augustine Beach and Tennis Club complex.
If you are more the sun bathing type, the outdoor swimming pool is just a short stroll from our sliding glass door and patio. It's ideal for enjoying a good book.
And amazing St. Augustine Beach is just about 150 steps down the private boardwalk from the back of the pool deck.

Our apartment has one large master bedroom with en suite bath, and 2 separate bedrooms with a shared second bath.
The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be combined to make a king.
The third bedroom is down the hallway and has a full size bed.
The "split layout" makes for ideal privacy and quiet between the bedrooms.

The kitchen has every modern convenience.

Roku 4K TV with Neflix and other smart TV features plus standard cable and internet with wifi all included.

Sorry, but the condominium rules forbids short term renters from bringing their pets. A minimum of a one month booking is required of any guest wishing to bring a pet.

There is a strict 8 person (including small children) maximum occupancy for sleeping over through the night.

Our favorite condo. This is our 3rd stay.Wonderful 1st floor makes it easily accessible with little kids & all beach equipment. Love this condo.

We stayed at this place two years ago and we liked it so much that we booked it again. Dev was available via the phone. Excellent host we would definitely stay there again in the future.
This is my brother and his wife and me, at the famous Oasis restaurant. Great food and service.

This unit is exactly as pictured online. Clean, everything works like it should. Beds are comfortable, good air conditioning, fast internet, and good hot water in showers. Unit is bigger than it appears in the photos. Lots of closet space. Beach chairs, books, and games available. Complex was clean and quiet. Plentiful parking. Easy access to the beautiful beach. We had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect for our Christmas Vacation.

Great location with quick access to the beach, the club house, and numerous local establishments. The guidance for check-in/check-out was simple, the property manager was highly responsive, and the condo had everything my family needed. We had a wonderful time at this location and would happily stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

Super clean place, great location, family environment. Large condo with all the amenities, close walk to the beach (about 75 steps to walkway, 2 pools, plenty of parking. Great stay and we will be back.

Great location

The property was clean upon arrival. The kocation is 3xcellent to access the beach. Two great pools within 1 minute walk. Overall just an awesome location for everything.

The pools were very close to our patio and taking our chairs and beach accessories was a short convenient walk away. Enjoyed both everyday.

Perfect for Families

The condo was just what we needed. It was very clean upon arrival. The proximity to the beach and pool was perfect. It was great to have a washer/dryer to use during our stay. Grocery stores very close by and historic Old Town about 15 minutes away.

Wonderful vacation time

We are thankful to the Owner and Property Management for making this vacation possible. Everything was close by - beach, tennis fields, pools. The apt is clean, all needed amenities available. A place to return.

Best vacation ever!

This was the perfect getaway. Short walk to the beach which was absolutely beautiful! And it is close to Old Town for sightseeing - the Trolley ride is a must-do! The condo was every we expected and more! My whole family loved it so much! We will be back!

It was like home.

We love this condo Sooo much. If and then we go back, we hope to stay there again. Very, very clean and nice. Wonderful location and quiet. We felt very safe. Close to a very nice beach. And the beach was beautiful. White sand and the sound of the ocean. Very, very nice and relaxing.

Very spacious condo

Will definitely return! The condo is perfect for families with kids. Also the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you will need to prepare meals. I really liked that there were beach towels and a beach wagon.

Fantastic!

It was perfect, this property was clean, had great parking, beautiful pools, close to the beach, quiet and had everything you could possibly need, beach chairs etc. This was a wonderful experience. 15 minutes to St Augustine, near lots of restaurants and grocery stores.

Hidden Gem

We spent a month here, the second year in the same unit. Though the weather was cooler & rainier, we enjoyed our time. The condo is close to most everything, yet just enough off the main road that you don’t feel the hecticness. And being directly on the beach is always the best.
