Great Beach Condo

Comfortable place in a well-maintained condo community. The two pools, amenities and beach access are perfect.

Resort Rentals

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was nice; however, when we mistakenly locked ourselves out of the unit one evening, we could not get a response from Resort Rentals. Fortunately, one of the members of the Property Association happened to hear us and was able to access the master key and let us in our unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent the month of April in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. This was our 3rd year at this location and it again was a very good month.

Great location

The pools and beach were just a few minutes from unit! This place had everything. One of the kitchen set ups just like home. Lots of pots & Pans in new condition, more the enough dishes, cooking utensils and silverware! Everything was clean .we would rent again if not on third floor! Elevator was at the other end of the building but we managed at 75 to make it work!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent Christmas week and had a very nice time... here are some helpful details..- space is nice with view of pool... a little wear and tear- very clean- the best in room amenities I have ever seen... cups, plates, utensils, pans, pots, coffee makers, etc tons!!!- plenty of pillows, towels, linens, and clean- plenty of beach towels, decent chairs, toys- easy access in gated community... can walk to restaurants, close to grocery stores- pools are nice and clean ,,, but the water was cold... was better later in day- make sure you bring your own soap, shampoo, lotion, extra paper products- no gymOverall very pleased and would come back!

We really enjoyed our stay as always

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was very good The only complaint would have to be the keys and keyless entry. The code would not work and the keys were not marked so we had to call for emergency service on Sunday night after a long day of travels. Thankfully Shaun came right out and fixed it for us. AFter that issue we didnt have anymore. We so enjoy that location and our room was very nice

We noted and reported some wasps nests that were removed.Our unit was nice and well equipped. Keurig and 12 cup coffee makers. Plenty of towels. Beds and Linens good. Washer and dryer worked well. One fan light in a bedroom had no pull cord so we could not turn on overhead light. Keyless entry wonderful. outside stairwell needs cleaning

Reviewer Comments: Very nice place to stay right on the beach.The grounds are very well only problem was the pet fee $250+25 for extra house cleaning so it ended up being $306 that's with tax and that's alot considering my dog doesn't cause in messes in the condo at all ! The couch needs to be replaced in #96.

It is a fantastic location and has both a heated pool and a regular pool. Beach is just over the dunes.
