Great Property!! Close to the Beach , 5 minute walk. We rented a golf cart but it really wasn’t necessary. Pool was great, Grankids loved it !We would rent this House again in a heartbeat !

We loved this house which is in a lovely residential area and had a nice walk to a beautiful beach. Lots of space in the house and it could easily work for a very large family. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Would rent again!

If something is not working properly or you have questions, just call. Alan was very responsive and helpful. Need to call to get the gate code for private access.

The house was beautiful and well kept. The outside not as much. We had an issue with the pool as the deck and pool was filled with spring tree buds falling. Sea Turtle Rentals stepped up when notified and kept on top of it making our stay very enjoyable.

Amazing stay close to the beach!

We loved the property!. The pool was a huge hit for the whole family and with the beach a block away it was easy to have a day at the beach and end up at the pool. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with when needing anything. We would stay here again!

Great close location to folley field beach. Home is beautiful inside and the pool and hot tub were fabulous.

Wonderful stay

A beautiful home with lots of amenities. A wonderful pool and hot tub and a short walk to the beach. We loved our stay here and hope to come back some day. We loved the Folly Beach area.

Great property for a large family. We had three generations with plenty of room to enjoy our time together but also take time alone. Kitchen had everything we needed plus more. Pool toys and the kids playroom was another plus!

Great place and location!

Our group has a great time at the house, close to a lot of great spots which made it super easy to travel either on foot or via Uber. Would recommend!

Family beach trip with dogs

Love this house for the big gathering rooms (two family rooms, big kitchen) the fenced yard for the dogs, the shady two block walk to the beach, the access to bike trails, and the beautiful private pool and hot tub. It was perfect!

Summer stay

Enjoyed our stay. Great location

Large, clean house with refreshing pool. Great location, short walk to beach. The large backyard is private and fenced in, which allowed our two dogs ample space. Quiet neighborhood.

Great for large family and pets getaway

We had an amazing time at Hilton head island. This house was perfect for our extended family reunion. It had everything we needed and close to town and walkable to beaches. It was also a short drive to Savannah. Would recommend this house for a large family getaway.

The house was sufficient and overall adequately stocked, etc. The washing machine was unbelievably loud, and because there were 16 of us, we were washing clothes non-stop. Several kitchen drawers were difficult to open. The parking is very tight. We had five vehicles and knew we would have to park one off-site, which we did. But we rented a golf cart and were not to have it in the grass...but could not park it on the driveway because of our cars. Nothing major, just something to be aware of if you need to have multiple vehicles. We were there with adult children and we managed the space, but it would be better suited for younger kids. We are used to the Sea Pines and decided to try a different area of the island. We definitely prefer the Sea Pines, especially for the bike riding but loved being so close to the beach. The beach area was good. The maintenance team responded to all of our concerns and issues and handled them timely.

A Joyful Gathering

Our family really enjoyed our stay there. Our grandkids loved the pool the family members did as well it was so convenient we were close to the beach. The place was clean and nice we want to come back again real soon. Rita & Cecil Pair

Overall we had a great trip here with our family. There was plenty of room for us all and the pool was wonderful. There were a few things that I would have expected to be better for the price, but to each their own. Lawn service people showed up and entered the backyard without notice - considering we had kids, I would have not appreciated if say we were all in the pool when they walked around the back. Also, they left the gate open when they were done and my dog got out. Thankfully he did not go far, but pretty unacceptable for kids or dogs. Also, the fence where the gate is needs to be repaired - it was leaning drastically off of the house and very difficult to open and close. We had to put the garbage cans in front of the other side gate to keep the door closed so our dog didn't get out. Both need attention. Again, nice house, but these felt like things that I would have expected to been better for the price tag. And FWIW it took us more like 5 mins to walk to the beach- maybe 2 mins if you jog.
