A tiled well-equipped galley-style kitchen comes with marble benchtops, an induction cooktop, wall oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. French doors lead out to a quiet, leafy yard and decking with an alfresco dining area for 4 people, vegie patch (see what’s in season!) and a clothes line. There are 3 bedrooms, all with queen-sized beds and venetian blinds to block out the light, with the master bedroom also offering a roomy walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The house’s main bathroom has a shower and separate bathtub, and there’s also a dedicated laundry with a top loader washing machine and direct access to a double garage where the clothes dryer is housed.

The property comes with a double lock-up garage (with direct access to the house) but if you prefer public transport, there are several bus services nearby which will take you into Canberra’s CBD in about 15 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.

*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.

*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.

*This is a pet friendly property. You may bring your furry or feathered family member for an additional $100 per pet surcharge fee, Prior to check in please confirm pet type and breed.

* Due to strict no noise no party policies in Strata buildings or local council by laws we will be enforcing the NO PARTY NO NOISE POLICY - This will mean that we will be able to force an eviction if these terms are breached. If this is he case we hold the right to hold on security deposit and booking amount for compensation for the purpose of any damage, missing keys and potential penalties from the body corporate or local government authority.
