If there are more than two guests, a surcharge of $25 per additional guest per night will be added. Additionally, PSHS charges a one-time booking fee of $35 for all reservations. Depending on the booking website, there may be additional third-party fees.

FAQs:

What do I need to do to confirm my booking?

To confirm the booking, we kindly request that all adult guests provide a copy of their driver's licenses and submit a booking deposit. Once we receive all the required documents and deposit, the booking will be confirmed.

Do I need to pay a bond? Yes, a security deposit (bond) will be required on booking of $500. Keys will not be issued unless credit card details have been provided as a surety procedure. Management reserves the right to increase the bond to $1000 in some instances.

What will occur if the owner decides to cancel my reservation?

We understand that owner cancellations can be unsettling, but please be aware that properties are individually owned and may need to be canceled due to repairs, modifications, or to protect the well-being of the community.

In the event that we cancel the booking, you will receive a full refund excluding the booking fee.
