This house sleeps up to 9 people and is in a great location, only a 10-15 minute walk or a 2 minute drive into town to the shops, hotels and cafes. Across the road is the state forest with walking, cycling or driving tracks to the river.

Inside there are 3 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, a full kitchen with oven, cooktop, microwave and fridge. There is a dining area and lounge room with gas heater and large TV with Foxtel.
The laundry area has a washing machine and a dishwasher.

Outside is a large undercover area with ceiling fan, couches and outdoor dining. A large BBQ is provided and there is a bar area with fridge.

The house is on a corner block and the backyard is secure with lots of grass, trees and is pet friendly. There is a huge shed for boats or jet skis and parking for 2 cars. Rear gate entrance is 3 meters wide.

Unlimited Wifi is provided, a high chair is available, there is evaporative cooling and portable fans for summer, and gas heating and portable heaters for use during winter. A split system for heating/cooling is in the main bedroom.
