Overall comfortable stay.We did not use the garage due to a hole in roof. Lots of bugs in windows. The front door had a large branch in between the storm and entry door.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. We feel terrible you did not have a 5 star stay, as that is always our goal! I have to assume the branch at the front door was from the recent storms, and since the porch door is the main access door, and that door is never used, it was likely just missed, but I did notify our property manager to make certain it was removed. We did also lose a ceiling panel in the garage during the most recent storm, and it is on order to be repaired. We are sorry you didn’t feel comfortable using the garage because that was missing. We always strive to make each stay a 5 star stay, and we are so sorry that didn’t happen this time. We do appreciate you taking the time to point out the things that should have been better.

The GoodThe property is in a great location and is very close to the trails. We arrived a little early, and the host responded quickly and was very helpful.The inside of the house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. There is a large TV in the living room with plenty of comfortable seating, and the master bedroom also has a good-sized TV.There is plenty of room in the garage to store bikes and park your car.The Not-So-GoodThe outside of the house could use a little attention. The bushes are somewhat overgrown and make it more difficult to enter the house and comfortably use the patio and deck.The garage was somewhat cluttered and appeared to be used partly as a storage area. We also noticed a fairly large hole in the roof.Although the inside of the house was clean, there was a musty smell throughout our stay.

The house fit all our needs for our stay in Crosby - clean and quiet, in easy proximity to lakes, Main Street and other lakes areas. Great experience !!

Great place and location

The house was perfect. A/C works great! It was a hot weekend and we stayed cool. Close to the main drag and all the outdoor activities.

Nice accommodations

Stayed at the property on a guys golfing weekend. Communication with the property manager was very easy. The property was just as described in the listing. Would definitely stay here again.

Crosby Home

We loved this house and location. Close to the regional bike trail for access into Cayuna MTB trails. House was spacious, clean, and well stocked. We made dinner there every night and slept great. Nice sitting areas outside. We will save this location for when we return to Crosby.

Crosby Home

Nice house close to the paved regional bike trail. Fast access to mt bike trails. Nicely furnished home with plenty of room to spread out. We had the best time here and will be saving this location for when we return to Crosby.

Relaxing Weekend Away

Wanted to get away from the cities for the weekend and found this place, Great place to stay, very accurate pictures and description of the house. Pleasantly surprised to be able to park inside the garage vs on the driveway. Had a great time in Crosby, Brainerd, and the surounding area.

Family gathering

Could use furniture update.Beds comfortable and nice location. Basement would be even better if had a dehumidifier. Overall happy with accommodations.

The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It was helpful that spices were provided. We enjoyed staying there. I would suggest using unscented laundry detergent for sheets, towels and washcloths for guests who have sensitive skin. Also you may want to ask your cleaners to do a better job cleaning the kitchen and bathroom floors.

Marvelous for Medical Center

This was the perfect setting for us to be able to be near the clinic for a medical procedure and yet be able to spend time together in one place. Far superior to renting motel rooms. Cozy and comfortable. The bunkbeds are a little less than ideal but overall a great experience.

Comfy stay!

Very comfortable and clean home! Good part of town and enjoyable time there! The couches were comfy and they had additional spices and puzzles which were our scene for relaxation! Only item (which is a personal preference) the detergent on the bed sheets were high scented for me and my friend that it was difficult to fall asleep easily as we use unscented.

Respite from the cold

I traveled to Crosby for work, by partner traveled with me. The days we were there it was frigid, but the 2 car garage gave me security that the car was well protected, and the house was cozy and warm! Plenty of additional bedding because we like to sleep "snug", and once again the home was welcoming and just perfect. This is the 4th time we have stayed here, and there will be more in the future.

Home away from home

I needed to be in Crosby for work, but my spouse enjoyed the home like environment while I was working. This is my second stay within the past month, and will hope to use this listing again if needed. The home is very welcoming, nice touches with seasonal decoration and plenty of kitchen supplies as well as bedding and linen! We did not use the lower level game room, but the furniture in the main living room was so comfy I wish I could take the couch home with me.

Nice Place, Great Location

This was a nice, clean, simple unit. No complaints. The house, porch and garage were all great for a pair of travelling mountain bikers, and the location was so good for trail access, we only drove to a trailhead once in five days. Otherwise, we rode right out of the garage.

Super clean and peaceful

I had a little IT issue that was quickly resolved with the owner. The place was filled with peace and very comfortable! The outdoors didn’t have a fire ring or something which would’ve been nice at night. No worries. The place was amazing!!!!

Great spot for Cuyuna adventures

Well provisioned! I usually bring my own kitchen stuff because it isn't any good elsewhere. This rental proved that wrong. I was amazed to find a good bread knife in the drawer! Everything we needed was available. No notes! Great job.
