We also appreciate your comments regarding the heating system. We apologize if the temperature settings were not to your preference. Our aim is to ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay, the temperature was set to 72 degrees Fahrenheit/22 degrees Celsius, which is plenty to provide a comfortable environment for our guests. Regarding the rules, we understand that they may seem numerous, but they are in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, as well as to preserve the integrity of the property. while many of the rules may seem like common sense, our diverse range of guests from various backgrounds and cultures may have different expectations and understandings. Our aim is to create a welcoming and safe environment for all our guests, and we believe that clear guidelines help ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. However, we understand that cultural differences and individual preferences may impact how these rules are perceived and followed.

Hi Melisa, thank you for staying with us and for your feedback. POOL HEAT - our listing clearly states that Pool/Spa Heat is available at an addtl cost. You did not order or pay for Pool Heat for your stay. If this was a concern, please always reach out during your stay as we could have clarified this and added pool heat if requested by you. BLANKET - You contacted us a few days after departure to see if you could go to the house to pick up the blanket, at that time we did have other guests staying and that was not possible. We do not have any Pick-Up location for lost and found, if guests require we can send/ship items left behind to guests at their cost. Thank you for your understanding.
