I rent this house in may for our family reunion vacation and I was glad that I did. The house it’s absolutely gorgeous and has everything that you need for a large group in a very peaceful gate community. We also enjoy an access of the leisure area lazy river pool slide toboggan tiki bar etc. We also went to Epic Park and it’s super close to the house. So definitely this house and the host it’s 10/10

Great location, our family had a wonderful time! It was very warm upstairs as the AC was not working. The house was fairly clean, however it really was in need of a deep clean or perhaps needs painting in high traffic areas. Very nice stay! Thank you! Carrie

Thank you so much for the lovely review! I am absolutely thrilled to hear that your family had a wonderful time and enjoyed our great location. I sincerely apologize for the upstairs AC malfunction and the warmth it caused during your stay. Please be assured that our maintenance team has already fully inspected and serviced the AC unit, and it is now cooling perfectly. We also appreciate your helpful notes about the high-traffic areas; we have already scheduled a professional deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint to keep the home looking pristine and welcoming for our next guests. It was an absolute pleasure hosting your family, and we would love to welcome you all back for a flawless, 5-star stay in the future

The ping pong table was broken and not usable. For a 6 bedroom house to not have a standard coffee maker was inexcusable. It only had a 4 cup mini pot. The bedding and linens were very poor quality. The house had a great bedroom setup for a large group. Cheap furniture throughout. The pool and hot tub were good. Nice value for a large house. House was moderately clean.

Nice place

The place was just about perfect. Great location that was close to the area attractions and getting to and from the airport was very easy. Lots of local dining options, grocery stores, and other fun things to do. The property had a nice pool area, a nice kitchen, and plenty of space for our family of 7. The resort clubhouse was an excellent addition for those days we needed some downtime. I definitely recommend this property..!

Good Home

This place is very spacious. Very nice home, only one thing that I didn’t like that there were little dead bugs swept in a few corners. It seemed as if the cleaners swept them up but didn’t pick the pile up. They were not like beetle looking bugs. Overall beautiful home to stay. Enough space for everyone to have be comfortable. Check in and out process was smooth. The back g gate would never open for us we had to come through the exit gate. But definitely a good stay.

Not exactly what we thought...

Pictures reflect the house. There was a strange smell especially in the kitchen area, so we did not use the back part of the downstairs. The pool wasn't very clean, not sure if that is just a Florida thing. The couch in the living room had notable wear and tear, but the couch in the family room looked brand new.

Business trip to Orlandi

Property was nice but not maintained very well. Many of the beds did not have fitted sheets, just a top sheet so you ended up sleeping on the plastic mattress cover. One of the patio chairs had a hole in the seat and another had a broken leg. The wallpaper in the 2nd floor Master was peeking off and the bed had a very uncomfortable lump in the middle.

The exterior of the property looks in good condition. On entering the property it is in need of of refurbishing. The beds are tired and the linens and pillows need replacing. The outside area did not have enough seating and what was there was broken and unusable. Some items in the kitchen needed replacing. There were areas that had not been cleaned and there was dust and dirt around the edges of the rooms. The carpet needs replacing. The location of the property is just what we expected as was lovely. We not hesitate to stay here again if the property was refurbished. We did have to contact the management re some issues and these were rectified.
