This home is a showcase stunner! Sea Breeze was has been remodeled and professionally decorated. It is located at the quiet less travelled North end of Anna Maria Island and a short walk to the beach and Pine Ave.

Total of 4 private bedrooms and 4 bathrooms - 2 bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. Staircase or elevator to the second floor with 2 additional bedrooms and 2 en-suite bathrooms (the king bedroom upstairs has a handicap accessible bathroom). New flooring throughout and beautiful plantation shutters. Enjoy the soaring ceilings and the chef's kitchen. Beach views from the rear upper deck of the home are beautiful and the expansive lush garden while on the back porch is very private and relaxing. The open floor plan makes this home perfect for a family get together or reunion with friends.

Summer sun and sand have you beat? Take a dip in our brand new pool that is heated in the winter to 85* and cooled in the summer to 85*. Outside pool area is surrounded with beautiful tropical landscape with seating and a gas grill. Of course you will want to head to the beach - it's just steps away on a beautiful rarely traveled public path.

House has central air conditioning through out. Thermostats cannot be set below 72*

Needing extra space? We also rent the Sea Garden Cottage, a 2 bedroom/1.5 bath (with an outdoor shower) located a few doors down on North Shore Drive. Private tropical backyard with private walkway to the beach You can find more information at VRBO listing 400592.

Perfect AMI Getaway

This property was fantastic for a few families with little kids to stay in AMI. Easy walk to the beach, awesome little pool and lots of toys already in the house. Close to great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

Wonderful family stay

We had a wonderful extended family trip. The house was so well stocked with towels, bikes, ice makers etc. It was a wonderful location and part of the beach too!

Family friendly!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is comfortable and well stocked. The inclusion of baby gear and inside toys was so helpful, and we made good use of the beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, toys, and bikes. So many wonderful “extras”! The short walk to the beach is perfect when you don’t want to load up for the whole day too. We hope to be back before long!

This was our second time staying at this property. We had an excellent experience. Everything was perfectly clean and very well stocked. The kids really loved the pool area. Highly recommended. We will definitely be going back.

Perfect Family House in AMI

We had the best time at the Sea breeze! It is perfect distance from the shops and restaurants and a very very short walk to the beach. We also loved playing in the pool and our 2 year old loved the sand on the side of the house. It is the perfect place for a family to stay with something for everyone from toddlers to adults!

Awesome week at the beach

The house was exactly what we needed for 8 people. It had everything we needed(Bikes, beach toys, chairs, etc) so we didn't have to overpack. Very close to the beach! Will definitely return!

Great Property

Peaceful location, 4 minute walk to non-crowded beach. Home is well decorated and has everything you could need (see amenities). It's a bargain.

Beautiful house! Great beach! We cooked 4 nights and ate out 3 nights. Restaurants were ok but not exceptional. Men played golf twice at IMG Academy while the ladies shopped. This is a great place for a beach vacation..

Perfect Location! Beautiful Home!

We stayed here for a week in July with our family, including two young kids (6, 3). The house was in a perfect location being only a block from the beach, and not far from Pine Avenue. We rented a golf cart for the week and it was a great location to get all around the north end of AMI. The kids loved being able to play in the pool on the hot days as well. And the garage was stocked with all of the toys and beach amenities you could need. Inside of the house was spacious enough for all of our family with the bedrooms being spread out. And the house had all of the items you would need for a week at the beach, and a great view. We would definitely recommend and hope to come back to Sea Breeze in the future.

Awesome location and beautiful rental!

This house had it all for our family - from age 10 to adults. Beach equipment was great and well kept. The kids really enjoyed the paddle board. Too many amenities to list - kitchen had everything we needed. Would love to stay again. It was perfect for our family! Favorite AMI rental to date! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Fantastic

It was so good to be back at Sea Breeze, we love this house. Perfectly positioned for the Beach, restaurants and Pine Avenue, but also tucked away and private. The bikes are a big plus for us, also the plentiful beach accessories in the spotless garage. Kari is an excellent host and responds very quickly to sort out any questions. Our stay is never long enough, so I suppose that says it all !

Excellent house for families

This house had it all. Perfect for families with kids. lots of beach toys. Close proximity to the beach. Outstanding pool! Comfortable beds. It had kids cups and plates. No need to bring anything except yourself. One disappointment though was the price we payed for cleaning and we still had to change two sets of sheets. Our bed had a dead bug in the sheets. Our sons bed had hair on the sheets. Not sure what else wasn’t cleaned because the sheets obviously weren’t changed.

PERFECT SUMMER!

Staying at the Sea Breeze made our summer vacation perfect! The home is stunning and made our stay a very pleasant one. It had absolutely everything to make our stay comfortable and FUN! The home is fully stocked with everything that you can possibly think of. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything that was needed. Dealing with Kari was perfect. She answered all of my messages right away. The property owner came by twice and left us a bottle of wine. I wish I would've had the chance to thank him as my husband was the one to greet him. At check in, we immediately noticed that the home was spotless! The outside gardens were beautiful and very well maintained. The pool was great to have for a swim after the beach. The garage was heaven for my children. It had everything they needed to entertain my pre-teen and teenager during our stay. The home was VERY close to the beach! We have visited Anna Maria many times in the past and I must say, this is the best vacation rental we've had. The only downside was leaving the beautiful home and beaches of Anna Maria. I cannot wait to visit again. Thank you AMI Cottages for your wonderful home!

Private peaceful getaway

This was such a beautiful property to spend our family vacation. We’ve been visiting Anna Maria for 8yrs now and I think we have finally found the home we would like continue coming to while visiting. Kari was very welcoming and responsive to any questions we had. The property felt extremely private. Quiet mornings spent enjoying coffee on the top back patio were very relaxing. Amazing greenery with amazing ocean views. Frequent visits from the neighborhood bald eagle and osprey were also enjoyed on the back patio. Each room is in its own wing with its own private bath. Perfect for multi family trips or like us, trips with teens. The amenities seemed endless with this home. Plenty of beach towels, toys, chairs and umbrellas. If you needed something, all you had to do was open a cabinet or closet and there it was. Ice machine and carts for the beach came in handy. Everyone enjoyed the pool area where you could enjoy the sun or the shade. The bicycles were nice to ride up and down pine Ave to enjoy the shops and to get ice cream. This was a vacation we won’t soon forget. It won’t be a question on if we stay here again, it’s only a matter of what week next summer! The Cameron family

Sea Breeze is just that . . .

Sea Breeze is just that . . . a breath of fresh air! Kari, the property manager was professional, responsive and focused on the details of our stay. The home is incredibly spacious, thoughtfully appointed and just steps from the beautiful Gulf. As they say . . . the devil is in the details. And Sea Breeze is big on details . . . there’s an ice machine in the garage to keep your beverages cold, and a crushed ice machine in the kitchen to chill your cocktails. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, children’s sand toys, and two carts to tow it all to the beach. Plus beach towels a plenty. The outdoor pool area boasts a soft seating area, dining table for eight with a gas grill and the pool has a shallow ledge for either your chair or serves as a personal beach for littles. Oh, and accommodates an umbrella to keep it all in the shade. There’s an outdoor paver deck off the main level with beautiful garden and Gulf views, plus a second story deck to take in the sunset. And when it is time to go inside, there are four large bedrooms each with its own bath perfectly segregated for privacy. Plus a kitchen with the necessary accessories and tools, even a respectable knife set, to prep family meals. Go . . . relax and rejuvenate in this stunningly private location!

Best Yet!

Really enjoyed our family vacation at Sea Breeze. We left yesterday with sad faces all round ☹️. We have been visiting Anna Maria for over 10 years and feel this is the best property we have stayed at yet. The combination of the perfect location and super house have made for a wonderful holiday. The house is spotless and very well equipped. The pool area and garage were also amazing. The bikes were a big selling point for us as we normally hire them every year. Great bikes in very good condition. The only down side to the pool area is with only two loungers and 7 adults we had a few ‘towel’ wars! So even 2 more would be great. Having said that most of us loved catching some shade and playing cards on the large comfy sofa! Highlight was the setting of the house .....so close to the beach yet in beautifully kept lush gardens. We loved sitting quietly on the terrace watching all the wildlife. In particular watching the Ospreys bring fish to their young in the nest right in front. One juvenile sat most days in the tree by the laundry room. Had visits from flycatchers, snakes ( harmless don’t worry) parrots, hundreds of lizards and even a tortoise. Also one evening between us leaving the beach (after a great sunset and short walk along beach for a drink at sandbar....highly recommend that ) a turtle had visited our bit of beach and laid its eggs at the end of our path. So as you can probably tell we will be back as it felt like home and was perfect in every way. Booking process a doddle and Kari great to deal with. We only realized the owners were close by halfway through our stay when they brought us a bottle of wine. Most of us weren’t home and didn’t get to meet them...so we want to say thank you very much to them for providing such a lovely place to stay, being so unobtrusive and just letting us feel like Sea Breeze was our own home. Can’t wait to be back. Thanks again

Great for Large Group

Visited AMI and stayed for 5 nights with 8 adults and 3 kids ages 2 months to 2 years. This house was perfect for our large group. Each family had their own space, plus a very large living/dining space for hanging out together. The outdoor spaces were amazing - beautiful landscaping, ocean view, heated pool with privacy landscaping, and tons of beach equipment + bikes provided. Location was amazing. Quiet neighborhood and a very short walk from shops/restaurants. The host was super accommodating and responsive - very easy to communicate with. We’d definitely recommend this house to anyone traveling with a group to AMI.
