Staircase or elevator to the second floor with 2 additional bedrooms and 2 en-suite bathrooms (the king bedroom upstairs has a handicap accessible bathroom). New flooring throughout and beautiful plantation shutters. Enjoy the soaring ceilings and the chef's kitchen. Beach views from the rear upper deck of the home are beautiful and the expansive lush garden while on the back porch is very private and relaxing. The open floor plan makes this home perfect for a family get together or reunion with friends.
Summer sun and sand have you beat? Take a dip in our brand new pool that is heated in the winter to 85* and cooled in the summer to 85*. Outside pool area is surrounded with beautiful tropical landscape with seating and a gas grill. Of course you will want to head to the beach - it's just steps away on a beautiful rarely traveled public path.
House has central air conditioning through out. Thermostats cannot be set below 72*
Needing extra space? We also rent the Sea Garden Cottage, a 2 bedroom/1.5 bath (with an outdoor shower) located a few doors down on North Shore Drive. Private tropical backyard with private walkway to the beach You can find more information at VRBO listing 400592.

Private and quiet, with spectacular views of the tropical gardens and view of the beach. A short walk on the sandy public path through the sea oats makes this experience even more exciting and peaceful. Because of the property being on the north end of the island, the beach is more secluded and away from the crowds.
