We were in town for a baseball tournament at LakePoint. This house was very clean and well stocked. Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hospitality

House was very roomy, our 6 people had more than enough room. Huge back yard. Owners were super friendly. Close to Lakepoint and a bunch of local restaurants

Overall we had a good stay. The home was pretty roomy. The main issue we kept having were ants in the kitchen. I would say it would be best to have pest control get rid of those before hosting other guests as it was not a good feeling to constantly kill ants each time we walked in the kitchen on the counters. The beds aren’t the most comfortable either but other than that decent stay for the price and the host was very responsive.

Very Nice & Convenient

My family and I stayed here for a baseball tournament at LakePoint. It was just what we needed. It was spacious, close to the ballpark, convenient to restaurants! We would definitely book again!

Great stay!

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The house was a nice retreat between baseball games at Lakepoint and surrounding fields. This is our second stay and we sill be back later in the summer for our oldest son's tournament. Owners are so thoughtful from the frozen pizzas, to the muffins, and water bottles. Thanks again, we look forward to our next stay!

Our host was welcoming, and he provided clear and concise instructions for the house along with pizza and donuts. We had everything we needed - and more. This was our third annual January visit to this house, and we have never had an issue that required us to call the host. We're looking forward to returning next year.

Great house, close to Lakepoint

We booked this house for our stay during a baseball tournament at Lakepoint, the house was super convenient for driving to and from the fields daily. Neighborhood was quite and safe. Hosts were great, even left us pizza for dinner and donuts for breakfast. House was clean and in great condition, will definitely book again if we ever play at Lakepoint in the future.

We enjoyed our short stay here and felt at home right away. Everything is kept very clean and is furnished well with plenty of seating & comfortable beds. It was very well equipped with everything you would need for your stay — plenty of towels, paper goods, hand soap, dish soap & dishwasher tabs, coffee & filters, tea bags, etc. They even provided a frozen pizza and a dozen fresh donuts as a housewarming gift for the first night’s stay. The home is located in a quiet subdivision, but within a short drive to many local attractions, and within an hour’s drive to downtown Atlanta. We would definitely stay here again.

Second visit

We visited in January 2024 and were very happy with the house. We liked it well enough to return in January 2025, and we expect to return again in January 2026. It's a well-kept little house, all on one level, with easy access through the kitchen.

Kitchen was adequate. There were no steak knives and very few knives period. The appliances all worked except for ice maker but there were plenty of ice trays to make your own ice. KItchen was clean.

Comfortable, very clean house

Spending Thanksgiving weekend in Cartersville, Ga. was very pleasant and a lot of fun. The house was a wonderful place to relax: extremely clean, cozy and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive to questions. Also, the host furnished muffins, a pizza, chocolates, waters, and a pretty gift mug, which we really enjoyed! Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for comfort & value.

We stayed in the area for a baseball tournament at Lakepoint. The commute was quick and easy. There were plenty of places to eat and shop in the vicinity. The area felt safe. The home owners had great communication and were very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. They provided basic necessities plus some special extras making the whole stay very pleasant.

Cozy and Comfortable

Our trip encompassed what was probably the coldest weekend of the winter. We were cozy and comfortable all weekend. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and appreciated our hosts having provided us with a pizza and muffins to enjoy during our stay. The house matched its online description and exceeded our expectations. We hope to make a return visit next January.

Our third stay at the Euharlee house

The Euharlee house gives us a great place to unwind after a busy day. It has everything we need, and more. The host provides great instructions, and we have never had a reason to contact him about any issues during our stay. The house is clean, well-maintained and comfortable. Even when it was super-cold outside, the house stayed nice and warm. Our event has moved to a location that is a few miles further away from the house than it was originally, but we expect to return to the house in 2027 because we know we can count on it to be a place where we can be comfortable and enjoy our trip.

Extremely clean, excellent quiet safe neighborhood, wonderful host/owner!! And that's what we look for in VRBO rentals. (the owner said the local colloquialism is 'Quiet place, Euharlee see anybody in Euharlee' ; ) ).The owner provided us with an all around great experience. It's obvious they take pride in their property from the moment you arrive, and it shows in every single way. Located in Euharlee GA and very convenient to Lakepoint, and Cartersville for restaurants and historical downtown sights. Euharlee has a great city park on the calm-flowing river with Kayak rentals if you have an afternoon free, great for all ages, even the younger ones.

We came for a baseball tournament at LakePoint sports complex, 3 adults one 16 year old & one 6 year old. To and from complex 25 min (construction). Plenty of space in the home. Everything was excellent, and we truly appreciated all of the thoughtful extras the host provided. Little touches like the baggies, coffee filters, chocolates, pizzas, and other supplies made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. It’s clear the host goes the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. Thank you for a wonderful experience—we would happily stay here again!

So clean I didn't want to leave

I am a clean freak and this home really passed the test! It was so comfortable. Amenities were easy to find and plentiful, right down to the snacks and breakfast items that were greatly appreciated.

Wonderful home

This house is a great home away from home. Convenient location, well kept home, in a great quiet neighborhood and a great value for the price. This home has everything you need for a weekend getaway or a week long tournament. The bedrooms are comfortable, the living room is spacious and the kitchen has all the amenities you will need for your trip. Great place to stay. I will stay again when we return to the area.

Perfect getaway

House was neat and clean, with good-sized yard for kids to play in. Appreciated the hospitality of muffins/pizza/coffee fixings/laundry materials. Great setup for being able to do more country-oriented activities (river tubing) with access to city activities (Truist Park/Braves and Mercedes-Benz Stadium/Atlanta Utd.) Enough access to shopping in Euharlee/Cartersville. Also close to Civil War battlefields (Allatoona Pass / Kennesaw Mountain.) Worked out great for us - thanks so much!
