Naini's is only minutes away from the water and has lots of room for kids and puppy's to play on our one acre lot.
Naini's is 5 minutes from the free letete - deer island ferry and 15 minute drive from the seasonal campobello - deer island pay ferry.

Overall our stay was comfortable and tranquil. We spent most of our time outside exploring the island and was awesome to come back to a welcoming spot to rest.

We had a wonderful stay! A lovely home with great outdoor space - very comfortable and clean. Thank you for a great 3 days exploring Deer Island and Campobello. Our family of five loved every minute!

This was a 5-star location. It was so very clean; the bedspread, sheets, and towels were so white. Everything was perfect. We even had a small bowl of chocolates. I will recommend your establishment to all my friends and family. It was the BEST. Loved, loved Deer Island, Ministers Island, and St. Andrews. We will come back for sure. Thank you, Tanya & Chad.

Our family of 6 were so comfortable at your beautiful bnb. Spacious, very clean, convenient and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone. Great and easy communication with the owners. Thanks so much. If your family wants to make more memories, I recommend a kayaking excursion with “Seascape Kayak Tours “ just down the road. No experience needed!!! Again thank you Dear Island!!

A wonderful place to stay! Lots of room, very clean and well kept. Hosts were very welcoming and communication was great. Deer Island was a sweet little place to stay. Would book this location again and recommend ☺️

We spent a night on Deer Island on our way to PEI. Everything was great about our stay. Nice place that has everything you need and great host.

This is a fantastic little house, on a beautiful, quiet property. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the kids loved the complimentary hot chocolate. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

Deer Island getaway

Great spot for our large family group of 4 couples. The place was very well-appointed with everything travellers would need or want, a lovely back yard with a fire pit and a nice deck. We enjoyed our brief stay and highly recommend it!

A great spot. Plenty of linens and towels and amenities to use for our family. Nice to have a washer /dryer for our clothes. Air conditioning was a great bonus too. We would recommend this place and will definitely stay when we return

We had an amazing vacation at your gorgeous place. The house was so clean. Each bed had a basket of towels, soap, shampoo, razors etc... There was a full rack of spices, ice, k cup machine with a full stock of coffees, teas, hot chocolate.

Lovely getaway

This was the perfect homebase to explore Deer Island. The space is lovely and quite spacious. The yard is wonderful to hang around in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Naina's Place - Peaceful, super clean, high quality linens, luxurious shower head, superb kitchen. We wanted to move right in! Hope to be back next year for a longer stay.

We were only there for one night. We will definitely be back for a longer stay. The place was amazing, clean, had everything we needed and more. The host checked in to make sure we arrived safe. She wished us safe travels the next day. Everything was great for a quick get away with family.

Clean and Friendly

Everything was clean and well equipped with laundry, BBQ, and a fire pit - my kids were all very excited to get there own rooms (with TVs!), and we were happy to cozy up and relax. The place was quiet, and deer island was as advertised, we saw loads of deer and everyone we met was so friendly. After driving here from Ontario, it was the perfect place to relax and vacation.
