Hi Samara, I'm sorry to hear about some of the details of your experience. I want to assure you that no one was intentionally adjusting the thermostat. I wish we would have known you were experiencing that issue, its very likely someone accidently turned on a program and that's the reason for the constant changes. We would have been happy to fix that during your stay had we of known. We have had the ice maker repaired, we just couldn't get someone there so quickly during your 3 nt stay, that's why we brought you ice.
