A Piece of Paradise with 5 stars

Why I’m a 5 star condo. Comments most used by our guests; clean, neat, comfortable, convenient, great pool, peaceful ,relaxing and close to everything. The other comment is it feels like home..

I have been redecorated due to Sally. It has a touch of elegance but a fun beach theme.
Everything is new, furniture, lazy boy furniture in living room, new kitchen, new appliances, new floors.

Living room is comfortable & inviting with recliners and sofa by lazy boy.
Dining room is bright & cheery with plenty of room for 6 people. There are glass sliding doors in dining room with mini blinds built right in the doors. A view to the south of the patio and woods.
Kitchen is brand new with all new appliances. It is filled with appliances such as Keurig, , waffle iron, toaster, blender, crockpot, plus all the pots & pans that one needs to fix meals there plus dinnerware and glasses.

Your first cup of coffee is on us, along with paper towels, has kitchen towels, salt, pepper etc.
Brand new washer and dryer with detergent.

Master bedroom is cozy & decorated in Black & White with a king size bed brand new mattress and new vinyl wood floors. Bathroom has brand new cabinets, floors, counter tops with double sinks, makeup area, with a large walk-in shower, plush towels plus toilet paper furnished to start.

Second bedroom has full bed and a twin. This bath has a tub with shower. Toilet paper supplied also.
All tv’s are brand new & living room tv is a smart tv. We also have WIFI.
This is can be used as a handicapped unit.
Enjoy the outside on a pleasant patio with comfortable chairs and small table for your enjoyment. this is a great place to enjoy your first cup of coffee n the morning or a night cap watching the sun go down.
This condo has a great pool area, to enjoy and the beach is a mile and a half down Hwy 59. One of the advantages I have is the proximity of it to everything. It's located off Hwy 59 just over the inter coastal waterway. It's within walking distance to several stores, Walmart, Zaxby McDonalds, and fine dining restaurants. We now are going to have a Publix grocery store across street. Within a mile radius is Gulf State Park, Beach and Pier, Waterville, bike trails, zoo, miniature golf, baseball fields and many more things to do. If you're interested in shopping there is the Wharf, Tanger Outlet Mall & other shopping centers. If you want to take a little ride you can visit Fairhope and Daphne and Mobile.
There is also a picnic area at end of building that is covered for family get togethers and just enjoying the outside. It is also lighted for evening use.

If you love to watch the sunset there are numerous places great for that, on the beach and at end of Fort Morgan Rd, one of our favorite places is the Orange Beach park and Art Center. You just might see a dolphin or two plus the sunset.
