Getting a temporary parking pass was perfect! Peter got the information for my car and had it ready for when we arrived. The location was amazing, we walked everywhere.

Great location and wonderful neighborhood. Our purpose to visit Washington D.C. was to get some sight seeing in and cheer on some family/friends running the Marine Corps Marathon. It was so awesome that we didn't have to worrry about our car being parked in the neighborhood on the street. Really appreciated the accommodation of a temporary parking pass! The pass was waiting for us and very convenient. The location was per to walk anywhere we wanted to go. Well stocked kitchen with even essential food staples is also very thoughtful. The only thing we didn't understand is that there wasn't a seperate actual bedroom but we were out doing the touristy things all day anyway. Nice shower and appreciated the instructions. Great and often communication from Peter.

Excellent location. Walking distance to many DC attractions. Communication with host was excellent. Host reached out to make sure everything was ok with stay and if we needed anything else.

Loved staying in DC. A Librarian steps away from the Library of Congress! Family neighborhood, good vibe. Basements are not my favorite, but it felt like we were really there!.

Great local spot for visitors

The lot is definitely cozy, but that’s to be expected in D.C. Peter was very communicative with us. We had a great stay!

Perfect Location!

Great little place with everything you need to enjoy a long weekend in DC. Perfect location for walking to all the sights as well as plenty of places close by to grab a bite to eat. Enjoyed the stay very much!

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood but within easy walking distance to some great restaurants and lots of DC sites (Capitol, Supreme Court, and LOC).

Great location!

Nice capital hill location. Just a short walk to Capital, Supreme Court and library of congress. The neighborhood was very nice and has lots of options for food as well. Great host too!

Great little efficiency in quiet neighborhood!

We loved the convenience of all the restaurants and sites within walking distance. The host was great and always checking to make sure we had what we needed. Would stay there again!

Great home for family trip

Convenient to the National mall, just a few blocks from market and restaurants and great setup for my son and I. Communication was fantastic and there were even easy to cook food stuff and cereal there upon arrival to help for an easy transition!

Nice quiet neighborhood

Easy to get around, Vrbo, bus etc. Has a Starbucks and good restaurant selection within 2 blocks. Apartment has everything you need, great shower and snacks. We enjoyed our stay.

The property manager was so responsive and was nice enough to accommodate an early check in for us. We really loved the location of this place. We had events at the capital building and it was about a 10 minute walk.

I stayed here with my son for 2 days and had a wonderful experience. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The basement apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is great, close to landmarks in Washington DC. Highly recommended for short stays!

Excellent property and location

Clean, well-equipped apartment within easy walking distance of major Washington sites and attractions. Safe, wonderful historic DC neighborhood. Owner was friendly, incredibly helpful, and very easy to communicate with. An ideal property for anyone interested in a DC stay for work or play.
