The view was incredible with a fenced yard for the pups. Some minor issues, remote not working, no toaster like listed but nothing major. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful communication and easy check in/check out. The location is the best! However, the house was not very clean and the furniture is outdated and run down. It would have been reasonable at a lower price but for what we paid, we should have been able to get a decent night's sleep. We also couldn't use the deck that is included in the description but that was communicated before check in. We did LOVE the beach access but be careful on the stairs, they are also in mid condition.

I'm sorry the home did not meet expectations for cleanliness or the condition of furnishings and stairs — that is disappointing to hear. but we sincerely appreciate the feedback. Great location and layout. Clean, and perfect for a family weekend. Check-in (4pm)and checkout time (10am) are too late and too early when organizing a large family. Otherwise! It would get a 5 star for us.

Good location and has a great view of the ocean. Unfortunately the deck was unsafe to be on. The boards were loose when walking on them. Only the side deck was updated, which was not the ideal spot to enjoy the view. The cable railing was loose in some spots. The bedroom blinds were broken, missing slates, and bent up. The ceiling fans and the return vent hadn’t been cleaned in months. They were covered in dust.

Thank you for the review and for pointing out the convenient location and ocean view as highlights of your stay. I'm sorry the condition of several items fell short. Our maintenance team will inspect the decking for any unstable sections and will immediately block those off until a contractor can repair them. We'll replace the damaged bedroom blinds and have arranged a professional deep clean to clear dust from ceiling fans and the return vent. We will also be tightening supervision of our inspectors given that these items should have been reported before you arrived. You should not have needed to worry about them during your stay and I'm truly sorry you did. We will use your feedback to make meaningful improvements.

There were a few lights out and no pictures on walls so it echoed a lot but besides that great for the money stairs down to beach are a bitRough so if u have knee or hip issues and want beach access from the house might not be for u but for those who don’t mind a great view huge yard and access for able body people it’s perfect

Excellent Location

The property was clean, and a prime location for so many fun things. Direct access to the beach was fantastic! and having a fenced yard for my pups was great.

Girls weekend

We had 9 ladies for a girls weekend of paddle boarding and hiking. This house was perfect for beautiful beach views. The stairs were a beautiful entrance to the beach, after a day full of hiking they were harder so walk up and down but not bad. We all said we would stay here again.

Location location location!

1) beautiful view & good location 2) aggressive/numerous flies, bring your fly swatter or bug zapper 3) mattresses were universally suboptimal, many sore backs in our 4 couple crew 4) could use some updates, including screens on the windows/sliding doors, bathroom updates, etc. BUT overall a nice location for a beach getaway with a view.

COFFEE SISTERS OCEAN FIX

Everything was as depicted in the ad. Only suggestion is a couple small recliners downstairs for us 80+ ladies . The stairs to comfortable seating is getting harder as we “mature”,

Met expectations for beach experience.

Unfortunately, we had a broken washing machine and not all the outlets worked. Oh, and a raccoon (the size of a large cat) lived under the house so small pet owners beware. Otherwise, it suited our family of 10 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs perfectly.
