This condo is a three-bedroom, three full-bath rental that is the perfect vacation spot for families, close friends, and golfing buddies. You will be close to several attractions, restaurants, and shops. It will be easy to explore what the area has to offer as you are also just a short drive from central Myrtle Beach. You will feel right at home at Xanadu II 102!The condo is chockfull of convenient and comfortable amenities. The bright green and blue colors are cheery. You will love retreating to a condo cooled by central heating and air conditioning. The South Carolina heat can be brutal. You can also rest easy knowing there is an in-unit washer and dryer. There is no need to worry about packing too little clothing or running out of clean towels. Enjoy private time on the large balcony overlooking the sparkling swimming pool and the beach. Easy access to the pool and beach! This is by far the cleanest place I’ve stayed in over the many years I’ve been coming to this area. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes.

Condo was oceanfront and convenient location - price was what you would expect for location and 3 bed / 3 bath. Check-in is not as convenient as most VRBOs that you get a text with the entry code and walk right in. VRBOs through Elliott, you have to go to the office and get your parking pass and other info -- so not as easy as a typical short-term rental. So the meat of this review -- we walked into the unit and at first all looked fine -- typical dated building for NMB area. But as we started looking around, there was dust EVERYWHERE -- food on the floor, old egg on a shelf near the dining table, the sliding doors had so much grime on the outside, you couldn't see out clearly and we opened the washer and were hit with a hefty mildew smell that front-loaders get, but you have to maintain them appropriately if you are going to have one. This company charges you just under 200 for cleaning -- and if you choose to not pay it, they have all of these statements like you may be subject to up to 500 if you choose not to pay this fee. Well -- this unit was minimally cleaned. To top things off, one of the pillow covers had a large splotch of blood from a prior vacationer's nosebleed. We cleaned ourselves and sent pictures to the office, they did send two cleaning staff who addressed the washer -- not much more for them since we cleaned ourselves. A realtor asked to show the condo while we were there, so it is being sold, Elliot -- you need to do better!

We also understand your frustration regarding the requested showing during your stay. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this caused and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We encourage guests to review the terms and conditions of their rental contract, including our policies regarding cleaning fees and reporting concerns during a stay. Filthy upon arrival

Unit was filthy, sand everywhere, food, trash and dirt under beds and furniture. Dirty counters with food crumbs. Until had a vacuum that didn’t work and no other means to clean up mess. We spent over 2 hours cleaning the unit before we could bring out stuff in. Office sent cleaning team to do the floors, let were nice enough tykes leave some of the junk they pulled from under the found in the counter for us. Mid week ann exterminator shows up with no notice and wants to do the unit, needless to say we didn’t meat them in. Will not rent from Elliot ever again!

We are deeply sorry to hear about your experience. It’s unacceptable that you arrived to such a dirty unit and had to spend so much time cleaning before you could even settle in. The issues with sand, food, and trash left under furniture and beds are certainly not what we expect. We also regret that the vacuum was not functional and that the cleaning team left some of the junk behind. Cleaning

I was very happy with the property but disappointed in the cleaning and communication. The second shift cleaning people did not show up until 8:15 to clean. I was told we could not enter the property until it was done. We had a 4 hour ride, checked in around 3:30 and had to wait for cleaning. I spoke to Nick regarding the cleaning and he said they would be there by 7. This is a long time to wait especially since we paid for the entire day. My family and ended up cleaning the property ourselves and left it cleaner than it was when we got there so minimal cleaning was needed afterwards. I tried calling the cleaning number provided and Elliott for two days after this occurred but received to no answer, I was wondering if my number was screened. I paid a premium price for the Condo to be clean when I got there so I feel it only reasonable to refund the cleaning fee. I really enjoyed my vacay after the stress wore off.
