The cottage has a lot of charm. We were very impressed on how spacious and clean it was. It is very centrally located, and we hope to stay here again the next time we travel to Mt. Dora.

Great stay/great location

Stayed here over thanksgiving and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and home well stocked. Great location

House fit us perfectly. We loved the outdoor space, especially the front porch for morning coffee. It was convenient to downtown Mt Dora. Definitely recommend

Very nice stay in historic area

It is a nice spacious home located in historic area of Mt Dora. We had a great time and hope to stay again some time. Very close to restaurants and parks.

Our New Favorite Vaca Rental!

This cottage was amazing! The location, cleanliness, comfort, beauty of the property and house, the extras (like coffee and a dog bowl) all make this our new favorite vacation rental! The owner treated us like lifelong friends! Absolutely love this cottage and cant wait to return!

Charming cottage, well appointed, with a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Mt. Dora. Beds were comfortable. Nice sized master bedroom with a walk in closet. Overall very nice. Be aware that you do share the backyard with another renter.

Our first time in Mount Dora. We were lucky to rent this great place. Plenty of room for just a couple or many more. Cozy place. Would rent here again.

Christmas Fun

We stayed here for Christmas. This home was just the right place for our family Christmas Celebration and close to everything so nothing was out of reach to tend to.

great self check-in, everything we needed for our party of six. a/c worked very well, thermostat had heat locked at 64 apparently. only suggestion maybe is have proper cushions for the outdoor furniture. very walkable to downtown. would 100 percent book again.

Comfortable, clean, and cozy

Sisters get together for a week. We choose Mt Dora where we enjoyed the many opportunities to local restaurants, actives other than the Theme Parks, that are available for the adventurous. Our stay was relaxing and would highly recommend this VRBO as a great family retreat.

Weekend stay

We absolutely loved the house. They have done a great job with remodeling and updating things. Everything we needed worked well. There were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Frank was easy to get in touch with and helpful with local recommendations. If we ever come back we will definitely stay here again!

Tennis Gals weekend

Casa Palermo was delightful! It had a lovely living room area and spacious kitchen and 3 nice bedrooms. They also have a cottage behind the home that is also available to rent if you have a large party. The home is walking distance to center of town, which was really convenient. I would highly recommend this VRBO for families or a group of friends.

The perfect place for a girls getaway! The home is clean, well appointed and conveniently located!

We enjoyed antique shopping and dining in and around Mt. Dora. Our pontoon boat ride through the Dora Canal was beautiful. For something fun and different our group of ladies visited nearby Casadaga to have psychic readings with a couple of Mediums. It was interesting! We will be back!

Fabulous Getaway with the Family!!!

I already submitted a very glowing review, but I am happy to do it again! This house is very comfortable and also inviting! The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking too! There was plenty of room for all 9 of us to move around comfortably and little nooks and crannies to be able to sit and read a book or scroll on your phone. Would definitely recommend to everyone looking for a great place to stay in Mt. Dora! Very close to downtown, an easy 10 minute walk.
