This property is great and exactly as shown. Extremely near, clean and easy access to all restaurants and shopping. Monika was a great host and very accommodating to my timeline. I definitely will be going back again to this gem.

Excellent amazingly elegant apartment

The local is beautiful, right near the beach and intercostal! Also 5 minute walk to the Pompano pier! The property is beautiful and has high end appliances and amenities. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing peaceful stay!

I was very disappointed with my stay. I specifically booked this property because it offered the amenities I wanted for a three-night trip, including a washer and dryer, a couch, a front porch, and a larger living space.Unfortunately, after I landed in Florida, I received a message from the host saying my original unit was no longer available due to an overbooking. Instead, I was moved to a small studio located behind the main building. The replacement unit did not have a couch, washer and dryer, or the same view, and it was much too small for two people and our luggage.To make matters worse, I only received a 35 refund for the downgrade, which I do not feel was reasonable considering the significant difference between the property I booked and the one I was given. If the original unit was unavailable, I believe I should have been notified at least two weeks in advance so I would have had the opportunity to find accommodations that better met my needs.Overall, this experience was frustrating because the accommodations I received were not what I had reserved or paid for. I hope the host improves communication and reservation management so future guests do not experience the same situation.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the replacement unit did not meet your expectations. To clarify, none of our units include a washer and dryer. Our usual minimum stay is seven nights, but we accepted this three-night booking as an exception and at a discounted rate. When the original unit became unavailable, we offered another available studio rather than canceling the reservation and provided a partial refund. Our larger units are generally reserved for longer-term guests, though we acknowledge that earlier communication would have been better.

Great apt and location!

Due to a death in the family, we had to travel from New Jersey to Pompano Beach, FL. Monika was the best at alleviating our stress since our flight was canceled the night before, and she accommodated us no problem. We loved the apartment. It was clean and beautiful. The location is great and you can walk to the beach in three minutes. It's a great place to stay, and we highly recommend it. Monika, thanks for everything! We'll definitely stay here again.

The property is beautiful!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! The owners are so nice and very good host. They checked in on us after we were settled and when I ask a question they responded right away! We had the pleasure of meeting both of them and they are both lovely! The apartment was just as the pictures viewed, very clean, new and beautiful! It is also very quiet. The only sound we ever heard was a siren from a passing emergency vehicle. The Pompano beach is a very short walk. It was clean as well and had a restroom right as you arrived with concessions just a short walk away (By the pier). We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

Great Place & Location

Great place and location for anyone wanting to be in the city/beach area yet have a quiet calm space to reside back to. Close to all attractions and locally frequented areas. Wonderful home away from home!!! Monika was accommodating and a gracious host. Thanks again!

Beautiful place

Monika's place was super clean and very nice! Minutes walk to pompano beach. Monika was extremely responsive and a great host. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Fabulous Property, Fantastic Vacation Home away from Home!

My husband and I absolutely loved this property! We stayed here for 10 nights, Extremely clean, very close to shops and restaurants... the location to the beach is great and accommodating. Entire property was spotless :) Monika is a fabulous host, she is friendly, engaging and charming. Fantastic!!!!

Monika and Ahmad were wonderful to work with! The apartment was beautiful , clean and in a perfect location for walking to beach, pier, restaurants and grocery store. We have and will continue to recommend them! Definitely would stay here again!
