Come and enjoy remarkable views of the ocean and river from the top floor balcony. The unit has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, living area with a pull out couch and a fully equipped kitchen.

Amenities include full size washer and dryer, 55 inch Smart TV (Netflix provided) in living area and a private television in the master bedroom. Private WiFi , cable and landline are also included.

Relax and enjoy a drink on the private balcony that sports a 12th floor ocean view during the day and a spectacular river and city lights view at night.

We were given specific instructions on how to check in which made the process so helpful. Our room was AMAZING. The space and THE VIEW. I cannot say enough about this property. We were there for a month and enjoyed every minute. The pool and beach access has very recently been updated and reopened. There are a few other updates happening as well, but during our time there we did not encounter loud noises or inconveniences. We would love to stay here again!

The views were fabulous, the condo was spacious and clean. The building manager was awesome. My parking spot was a little small for my car and i was able to get a permit to park on the deck. The only thing wrong with my stay was when i went to book for next year my dates are already taken .

Everything we needed and more was there.

Great place to stay. The view was great and everything was there to be able to be at home! It was nIce to have our vehicle underground so we could just get out and take the elevator to our place. Each morning we went down for a walk on the beach. Really a plus!

Comfortable for New Years

The condo was extremely comfortable. The beds were great, and the living room couch soft and easy to sit on while watching movies. The setup for reaching the high speed internet is a bit tricky as the condos share a modem. Make sure to ask about this.

Family Beach Getaway

The property was great! The condo was clean and we received the key prior to arrival and got the check in and check out instructions very quickly. The check in process was a little confusing, we got there after hours and there weren’t any forms in the check in box to sign in with, not the host’s fault by any means! We are able to check rig hit in the next morning with no issues. The condo was under construction, but the host reached out to us prior to confirming our booking to make sure it wasn’t an issue! Overall a great stay, the lower stars are more for the complex itself, the elevator made me a little nervous but it was just outdated! Would definitely stay again 100%

Beautiful Views and Wonderful Beach Vacation

My wife and I stayed in this nice condo for ten days and our son and daughter-in-law joined us for five of those days. The view of the ocean/beach were amazing and we also had a spectacular view of the intercoastal water way. The condo was clean and spacious. It met our needs and we were very comfortable. We parked on the beach near the steps that led to the condo. This allowed us to enjoy the beach (with our canopy tent and chairs) and still have access to the pool deck, pool, hot tub and entry to the condo. The only negative we experienced was the noise of being an active construction site. We have been vacationing in Daytona Beach Shores for over thirty years and this was our favorite place to stay. We will try to book this condo in the coming years.

Great place to stay

Things got off to a bumpy start. We added a day to the front of our vacation and there was a miscommunication with the cleaning person. The previous guests were very clean and it took me a a few minutes to realize the unit was not clean. We contacted the owner and he sent the cleaning lady right away. It took her a couple of hours to get there , by that time we had tidied the place up ourselves. She was very apologetic and offered to buy us dinner while she cleaned. We said it was all cleaned and we understood.Our biggest concern was that The pool and beach entrance were closed for repairs. We were not happy about not having a pool and a better beach access point was just a couple of yards down the street.The owner understood our concerns and compensated us for our troubles.Overall, the unit is very nice and we would stay there again.

The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The view of the ocean and river are some of the best in the area. I really like the renovation of the pool area with new patio furniture. Thanks for a wonderful vacation. I recommend this condo for your next visit.

Au départ il y avait beaucoup de travaux de rénovation : je peut comprendre. Travaux pour l’accès direct au corridor qui donne accès au condo que nous avions louer avis donner le matin même impossible de sortir du condo pour deux jour donc manque de communication

Stunning views!

We’ve stayed up and down the beach in this area for years, and this condo has the most spectacular views by far. The unit is very nice and fit our needs perfectly. Because we stayed longer than the typical weekly renters who frequent the Sand Dollar condominium, we got to know the property management staff who were super friendly and helpful. The condo is comfortable with a surprisingly spacious kitchen. Planning to stay here again next year.
