Come and enjoy remarkable views of the ocean and river from the top floor balcony. The unit has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, living area with a pull out couch and a fully equipped kitchen.

Amenities include full size washer and dryer, 55 inch Smart TV (Netflix provided) in living area and a private television in the master bedroom. Private WiFi , cable and landline are also included.

Relax and enjoy a drink on the private balcony that sports a 12th floor ocean view during the day and a spectacular river and city lights view at night.

Beautiful Views and Wonderful Beach Vacation

My wife and I stayed in this nice condo for ten days and our son and daughter-in-law joined us for five of those days. The view of the ocean/beach were amazing and we also had a spectacular view of the intercoastal water way. The condo was clean and spacious. It met our needs and we were very comfortable. We parked on the beach near the steps that led to the condo. This allowed us to enjoy the beach (with our canopy tent and chairs) and still have access to the pool deck, pool, hot tub and entry to the condo. The only negative we experienced was the noise of being an active construction site. We have been vacationing in Daytona Beach Shores for over thirty years and this was our favorite place to stay. We will try to book this condo in the coming years.

Das Condo ist in einem sehr sauberen Zustand und sehr wohnlich eingerichtet. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass an der Aussenfassade noch restliche Arbeiten ausgeführt werden. Pünktlich Montag bis Freitag morgesum 07:00 am

Family Beach Getaway

The property was great! The condo was clean and we received the key prior to arrival and got the check in and check out instructions very quickly. The check in process was a little confusing, we got there after hours and there weren’t any forms in the check in box to sign in with, not the host’s fault by any means! We are able to check rig hit in the next morning with no issues. The condo was under construction, but the host reached out to us prior to confirming our booking to make sure it wasn’t an issue! Overall a great stay, the lower stars are more for the complex itself, the elevator made me a little nervous but it was just outdated! Would definitely stay again 100%

Everything we needed and more was there.

Great place to stay. The view was great and everything was there to be able to be at home! It was nIce to have our vehicle underground so we could just get out and take the elevator to our place. Each morning we went down for a walk on the beach. Really a plus!

The condo was just what we were looking for. Very comfortable for two couples. Close to amazing restaurants. And the view was incredible!

Comfortable for New Years

The condo was extremely comfortable. The beds were great, and the living room couch soft and easy to sit on while watching movies. The setup for reaching the high speed internet is a bit tricky as the condos share a modem. Make sure to ask about this.

Stunning views!

We’ve stayed up and down the beach in this area for years, and this condo has the most spectacular views by far. The unit is very nice and fit our needs perfectly. Because we stayed longer than the typical weekly renters who frequent the Sand Dollar condominium, we got to know the property management staff who were super friendly and helpful. The condo is comfortable with a surprisingly spacious kitchen. Planning to stay here again next year.

Great location & view

Nice balcony views. Within walking distance of a grocery store & various restaurants. Can rent chairs & umbrellas on the beach. It was perfect for our group of 4. Plenty of room and very clean! Received the key ahead of time. Need to use the key at the front door then get the garage key card from the room. Owner responds quickly. Great experience--would stay there again!

Great view

Condo was comfortable with decent amenities. The view was worth the stay here. Simply beautiful. Cleaning before arrival could use some work. Shower still had mold. Not that you're going for the cable or internet but both are with Spectrum witch is complete garbage. I would stay here again.

Condo was exactly like the pictures.

Overall stay was great the elevator was a little scary made some crazy noises but I would definately stay here again.

Nice Condo with a beautiful view

condo, could use some updating.... need better cleaning in shower and door.....there was a dirty dish towel in laundry floor when we got there....you could smell the bleach when we arrived, but was great because we knew the floor had been disinfected. Never had to wait on an elevator the entire week...NICE....close to Walgreen's and Publix. Overall nice stay and would use this condo again......great view, on top floor

Great location

Great place. Very clean. 3 issues. One issue was the drawers in the master bedroom have broken track guides and fall out when pulled out. Number 2 Dishwasher wasn't working. Number 3 Drain in shower of 2nd bath very slow. Other than that Great location and view from 12th floor. Would stay again.
