Great layout of this condo. It is comfortable and quiet and has all necessary amenities. We appreciated the ease of a number combo lock on the front door. The carpets could be cleaned or replaced soon, and (through no fault of the owner) their was a car parked in one of our reserved spaces for half of our stay. We'd definitely come back to this one! J D

Nice home base for activities in the area.
We had a very smooth transaction and communication that enabled us to stay at this beautiful location on a relatively short notice. The condo is very nicely appointed and has everything you would need for a stay.

Great location
Our first time to the Coeur d’Alene area. Perfect location. The residence was nicely decorated and the full kitchen had everything you would need to make yourself at home. If we were to come back for a visit, this property would be our #1 pick.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad
We love travel & staying in vacation rentals. This led us to buy vacation rentals. We know what renters are looking for to make their vacation the best! Our 2 rentals in CDA. Both are located to maximize vacation activities. We love the concerts and Cycling trails, hiking and of course LAKE activities, so close.
For this needing a comfortable stay for family medical treatment at nearby medical treatment centers, we provide support for family members.
