Clean, spacious, and affordable

We had such a great stay! The house was super clean and had tons of space for everyone to relax and spread out. The pool was warm, sparkling clean, and perfect for hanging out—definitely a highlight! The neighborhood was peaceful and easy to get around, which made everything even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Monthly stay March April 2025

Large house with great accommodations. The beds were very comfortable. The pool table in the garage had broken & taped pool cues. We notified the owner, and new ones were sent right away. Wifi worked great for me to work from the house for the month. Traffic was not too bad. We avoided rush hour and I-4. Would rent here again.

Great home to stay in if you have a big family or traveling with a group. Spacious. Easy access to home. Pool size was perfect. The home was not extraordinary as far as aminities and luxuries, but it had everything you needed. If staying for a week you will need thinga like paper towels, trash bags, ect. I saw a review that recommended bringing your own towels and wash rags. The host is very responsive 10 out of 10 so was the property manager.

February 2025

Check in and communication were great. Location wasn’t ideal for us but that’s on me. Property is spacious and the pool was wonderful. Definitely recommend the pool heater option if renting prior to April/May. The rental has enough space and beds for ample people however only 2 towels were provided per bedroom. Not ideal if staying more than one night. I prefer not to do much laundry while on vacation but alas it needed to be done if we wanted clean towels to shower with. The property appeared clean at first glance but the under neath of the couch area has not been cleaned in a while. We lost a die under there playing a game and were unpleasantly surprised when we moved the couch to retrieve it. The only other area that needs attention is the ceiling fans. They have a fair amount of dust build up on the blades.

Dear Julie, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! I am glad to hear that you enjoyed the check-in process, the spacious property, and the wonderful pool. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience regarding the towels and the cleanliness under the couch and ceiling fans. Your comfort and satisfaction are very important to us, and I understand that having enough towels is essential for a pleasant stay. I will certainly review the towel policy with my management company to better accommodate guests, especially for longer visits. Additionally, my management company and I take cleanliness seriously and will address the concerns you raised with our cleaning team to ensure that ceiling fans are cleaned more regularly. I do wish that you had contacted my management company or myself during your stay so that we could have addressed your concerns. Best regards, Kyriacos

Thank you for your review. I’m disappointed to receive a 2-star rating, particularly as no feedback or comments were provided to explain what went wrong. I value my customers’ feedback and, as my previous reviews have generally been very positive, I’d genuinely appreciate the opportunity to understand what caused your dissatisfaction. Please feel free to contact me so I can address any concerns you may have had.
