A beautifully appointed and thoughtfully designed property in a truly stunning setting. The surroundings are peaceful and private, and every detail makes the stay feel comfortable and effortless. Immaculately clean, quiet, and incredibly relaxing—it’s the kind of place that feels like a wonderful escape. We would absolutely stay here again.

If you like listening to the relaxing sound of swiftly running water, gazing out on the Tualatin River, and sound bathing under the very tall trees, then this place is for you. It is very clean, modern with all the amenities as advertised. It is well located to go in any direction. It is quiet and secluded, except for some early morning footsteps above us, it is definitely a place we would gladly return to. The hosts were very friendly and accomodating and treated us to a wine tasting at Twill just a stone's throw down the road.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. The property has two other cabins on-site, but you'd never feel crowded — each has its own private outdoor space, so it never felt like we were sharing. There's also a shared fire pit, which would be perfect if you wanted to rent all three cabins for a group getaway.I spent a week here with my daughter and we were incredibly comfortable the entire time. We had a minor hiccup figuring out the AC (completely our fault!), and the host came over right away to walk us through it — friendly, responsive, and no fuss. The kind of attentiveness that makes a real difference.Highly recommend, and we'll definitely be back.

Full week south of Portland OR

Super setting quiet getaway under tall trees. Nice clean unit very comfortable. Great access for everything! Would love to stay here again.

Relaxing and serene location. Met Tim, the proprietor, on the day of check in. Extremely personable as well as making himself available if any needs arose. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Honeymoon Stay

We had a magical time staying here for our honeymoon. The atmosphere was serene and beautiful, the amenities were fantastic. There is a business on the upper floor of the building, so that had to be kept in mind during the day. The hosts were so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. It all added up to a perfect stay!

Lovely

A girls weekend away was delightful at Marv’s Place. The setting was serene and the unit was perfect. Clean and comfortable. After golf and wine tasting (all close by), we spent a lot of time on the patio and loved hearing the sound of the river below. Great location!

Wonderful Place!

We came to celebrate His mom’s 89th birthday. This was the perfect getaway at the end of each day to rest and regroup. We loved the space and it had everything we could have wanted including ambiance. The area is quiet and serene.

Great place to relax in nature

The property is very relaxing I’m a great location convenient to everywhere I needed to go. Accommodations were clean and well thought out with a good amount of outdoor space. The grill area is awesome due to the rainy climate. It gives the opportunity to cookout and stay dry

Lovely property in a great location.

Very friendly owners, available for any questions or needs. The property is absolutely gorgeous. It was so relaxing sitting out on the porch, drinking coffee on a cool morning with the fireplace keeping us toasty, and hearing the river below. The rental was beautiful inside, clean and well appointed. West Linn is a fun little town nearby with lovely little restaurants and shops.

We had such a delightful stay that I wish there was more than 5 stars! Tim & Jen and their family were beyond fabulous and truly took care of every possible need- Top notch amenities and fabulous hosts- can’t wait to return!

Clean, peaceful and relaxing!

We enjoyed a great weekend at Marv’s place! It was well stocked, super clean and very comfortable. We loved the outdoor area where we could just sit back, relax and enjoy the firepit and fresh air! The homeowner was nearby and couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating! We will be back.

Best of Oregon

Hard to leave this sanctuary! The property is enchanting! Beautiful trees with places to gather outside. Stunning views! The place had everything you need. You will not want to leave! Convent to interstates so you can explore if you choose to do! The owners are top notch and so welcoming! It’s just perfect. We already have plans for repeat stay!
