Beautiful home on large secluded lot. Perfect for your family vacations!

Nice lot without any steps to the lake. 3000 square feet on a secluded lot on Pearl Lake. 4 Bedroom home with a fireplace, loft, central air, huge deck with propane or charcoal grill. 2 patios for more outdoor seating.

Private setting on 165 feet of lake shore. Large fire pit area. Kayaks, canoe, paddle boats, paddle board and dock available for use. Zip line, lawn games, hammock included.

Perfect for family gatherings, multiple couples, crafters or snowmobilers. Located on snowmobile trail. Bedrooms each have a queen size bed in them. Loft has a couch and pullout loveseat and plenty of space for air mattresses. Living room has a sectional couch.

Lower level has 2 additional rooms for private space. One room with a couch and one a futon. Each room has additional space for air mattresses.

Washer and dryer available. Looped driveway makes it easy for pulling a boat or snowmobile trailer through. 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub and shower, one with shower. Linens included.

Full kitchen includes coffee maker, Keurig, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, pantry items and all cookware and dishes.

Public boat landing 1/2 mile away. Less than 10 minutes from shopping, restaurants and beach.

Summer Family Vacation

5 Stars - this was our 5th summer at this lake home. Darcy communicates very well, and we will be back next year! Proximity to Detroit Lakes, private setting, and nice big yard keeps us coming back. Highly recommend.

Amazing Family Week

Great family gathering place

Great place to stay. It had more accoutrements than advertised. Such a nice variety of things to do. The outdoor deck, patio and fire area are all great. Very peaceful neighborhood. DL nearby has everything you might need. We enjoyed DL troll hunting! Thanks for sharing your home.

Year 5 at Pearl lake

We enjoy coming back year after year. The property accommodates our family very well. Our group consists of 5 siblings and our children. We like the beach area and spend most of our time there. Darcy is very responsive to questions. Location is great, there are many things to do in Detroit Lakes, shopping, restaurants, breweries, and this year a troll hunt.

Quiet Serenity!

Second WeFest week visit and was wonderful! Darcy is a gem to work with- house is well furnished with what you need-comfortable beds- breakfast coffee on deck with the lake view- Perfect!

Family Fun Fest

We have enjoyed this getaway for 6 years for our family reunion. The owners respond quickly. The place is clean and well kept. Improvements each year are appreciated. No matter the weather we have room to have fun. The location and wonderful outdoor fire pit area and lake allow for many hours of outside fun for all ages. We all look forward to this adventure every year.

Awesome place to stay....we had so much fun...great place to spend time with family

Walking into the cabin, you felt like you were at home. Modern , but rustic cabin feeling, awesome view of the lake. Groomed snowmobile trail down the road, easy access to the lake and plenty of parking. Very roomy with a great floor plan...you literally just need your clothes, food and your favorite beverage. Would highly recommended to anyone and would definitely book again.

Annual summer vacation at Pearl Lake

We just experienced our 5th year of staying at this wonderful home on Pearl Lake! It is exactly as described and even better with the additions that the family has added to their home, beach and property. Lots of room both inside and outside with all the traditions of a summer vacation on site, and golf close by! Excellent communication with Darcy! We will be rebooking!

What a great place to vacation!!

Lovely quiet area with a perfect cabin for our group! Lots of room, We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the huge deck! Couldn’t believe how the Canadian geese made a huge mess on the beach and docks but yellow caution tape strung across docks and beach kept the birds away! Darcy is delightful to work with!! Very prompt in returning texts and phone calls! We will be here again next year!!

Roomy and relaxing

We have been looking for a place to stay that fits our growing family. Finally found it! Every detail was darn near perfect. Lots of amenities. Plenty of sleeping space and living space. Outdoor activities to keep all ages entertained. We felt alone and relaxed. Owners were helpful and quick to respond with questions.

Great location and beautiful home!

Darcy and her family were great to work with. The house and kitchen were stocked very thoroughly and all the beach toys (Paddleboards, kayaks, paddle boats) made it great for 3 families with small children. The fire pit area was large and very comfortable for evening fires and 'smore making. The only downside was the lake is weedy and made swimming difficult. The close proximity to Detroit Lakes was great for restaurants and we rented a pontoon on Big Detroit one afternoon which made for great swimming and fun times.

Best Week of Summer

We have been coming to this wonderful lake home for several years and it is one of the best parts of our summer. A great yard allows games and options for outside fun. No TV on main level makes for a lot more fun and games. The owners are very responsive and each year there are improvements and changes that make us love it even more. Extra frig space, a big grill and blackstone make it easy to feed our crowd. The location to DL also is very convenient. It is very much our summer "home" for a week!

Family Time

Our family rents this cabin every year for our family get away. We love taking our grandkids and adult children up there to escape the city life. There is always something to do. Paddle boat or board around the lake. Swimming for the little ones. Outdoor games. Best part is waking up to the lake view. Worst part is having to leave. Owners are great people very helpful when needed and make sure your stay is fun and relaxing. Counting down the days til next year.

We are three siblings, who along with our spouses, have built this home. We have had many wonderful memories with our kids and with each other. As our kids have become older we find that we aren't able to use this home as much as we would like. We would love to have other families create some great memories here.

We chose this property because we have family in the area and found it a good central location for all of us. We have loved the lake and the home as well. We love the seclusion and yet being within a few miles of so many things.
