Leaving the kitchen sink unclogged upon arrival fell short of our standards, and I apologize for the surprise maintenance visit without notice. We’ve updated our procedures to ensure we always coordinate repairs with our guests’ schedules and provide advance notice. I also apologize for the confusion around the grill—our listing now clearly states that it’s available for rent rather than included. Regarding the pool heating, I’m sorry it was too cold to enjoy and that I haven’t followed up about reimbursement. I’ll be in touch today to arrange your refund for the heating fee.
