Great location on with easy walking and driving distance to plenty of activities. House is clean and well equipped. My family has stayed at this property multiple times.

Emma loved the fenced back yard and the squirrel! The interior was very relaxing and exactly as described. The downtown square was delightful.

Lovely house

It was a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and it was a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown.

Weekend stay

We stayed for a family event over the weekend. It’s was a nice place in a good location. Thankful our dogs were able to join and had a fenced yard to enjoy. Will stay again.

Great location. Easy access to everything. Quiet neighborhood in walkable distance to Southwestern University. Comfortable living room seating and beds.

Georgetown visit

This is an awesome little house. Prefect for what we needed. Very clean and definitely pet friendly. Nice fenced in back yard. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Great little home in Georgetown

We came to town to visit my son in college and wanted to bring the dogs. This place was perfect. Clean and comfortable with the sweetest little back yard. The hosts left some nice conveniences like some bottled water and a few things in the kitchen. Highly recommend!

Family holiday get-together

Great time to gather with our 2 sons and wives for Christmas holiday. One set lives in Georgetown, other flew in for a few days to visit. Had a great time. Home was perfect. Thank you so much!!

Great, Cozy Stay

Great little property in a nice & convenient location in Georgrtown. Peaceful, well-maintained, and has a great yard if you're bringing pets. Only downside is the AC. When it kicks in, it's loud. If you're a light sleeper, that might be frustrating. Otherwise, amazing property!

Fall Break

We enjoyed our stay and were very appreciative of the treats and having the yard for our puppy. Thank you for the 309 coffee; it was delicious! My only disappointment was the lack of communication with Evolve. When I called and/or left a message, no one ever responded.

Georgetown Home

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and convenient to downtown area, the house was well maintained and we greatly appreciated the handicap accessible aspects of the property. Since we stayed at the property for almost two weeks, it would have been better if the kitchen was stocked better with more silverware and other accessories. Our biggest complaint was the floors were not clean. They had the appearance of clean but when you walked around in your white socks, they would be black on the bottom in just a short time. The floors seemed sticky with a soapy residue. Overall, we really liked and enjoyed the home

Perfect location, lovely house, local hosting issue

The house is as advertised, clean and well maintained. It's three blocks from a huge dog park and access to other parks and trails and a 10-minute walk to downtown Georgetown. The reason for the missing fifth star is the local hosting. By the time I got to the house I still hadn't received the information for the keypad to get inside, and the local host didn't answer the phone until my second call. I would recommend calling in advance to remind the local host to send the keypad code. As a side note, as with every rental I've ever stayed in, there is not enough light for reading in the living room or bedroom. I think I will start traveling with a headlamp!
