We had a wonderful stay! Hostess was very helpful with our last minute booking. You felt like you were in the country, but walking distance to the square. Enjoyed our time with our daughter, as she just returned from a one year deployment. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in "The Shed!" We arrived to soft lighting, music, and, most importantly in the 100 temps, delightfully cool AC! This cozy two-bedroom was perfect for our three night visit. The AC stayed comfortably cold the entire time, and the space was perfect! The kitchen was well-stocked for our cooking needs, the plush seating allowed plenty of room for watching a movie, and we even had enough hot water for all 4 of us to shower in less than one hour. (My personal gold standard!) The accommodations were spotless, the towels were plentiful, and the beds were soft and restful. We even had a shady place to park! Finally, I have never personally met a vrbo host before, but Sylvia made sure to catch us and ensure that all was well. I can't recommended Sylvia and James highly enough. They have established a beautiful and welcoming retreat!

Very comfortable and welcoming place to stay near downtown Georgetown and Southwestern University. This place has everything you need with a well appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, spotless bathroom and comfy sofas in the living room. I definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay there again.

welcoming hosts in a comfortable and convenient location. This is my second stay with them, and I will plan to stay again in the future.The beds are comfortable as is the sofa. The place is very neat and there’s everything you need. It’s a very easy walk to downtown Georgetown but just far enough away that it’s quiet.

Awesome place that has everything

It's a wonderful and quiet place that's so close to all the cool things Georgetown has to offer. Beds comfortable, amenities great. We'll definitely stay here again.

Charming House in the Perfect Location

We loved our stay here. The house was super clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for the weekend. It's in a great location-really close to downtown but still quiet and relaxing. Check-in was easy and the owner was so nice, offering easy directions from the airport and some favorite spots to hit in Georgetown. An amazing place to stay!

Perfect Vacation Home

We had an amazing time staying here! The communication from the property owners was excellent which made us all feel comfortable. The property is lovely, and came with everything we needed to feel at home. It was great to have a nice place to relax in beautiful Georgetown!

The hosts were amazing! Jim and Sylvia were wonderful! The house was sooo clean and provided everything we needed for the stay. Jim went above and beyond with recommendations and helping us during our stay with local recommendations and directions. Would definitely stay there again and have recommended the place to some friends who are coming that way in a few months.

Quiet and Comfortable

Everything was smooth and simple - to the check in process, communication with host, check out, etc. Would definitely want to stay again when in Georgetown.

Great place to stay in Georgetown

Great location, easy communication, and very clean. Quick 20 min walk to San Gabriel park. We will try to stay here again next year.

Jim’s property was amazing. Extremely comfortable and well appointed down to the tiniest detail. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance as well as being close to the university. We would highly recommend this lovely rental!
