Relax in a beautiful cottage that has
2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Enjoy listening to music or watching sports on your choice of 2 covered porches with ceiling fans, gas fire pits, and televisions. Wake up to Keurig Coffee with pods and condiments provided. Water Bottles/Breakfast Snacks provided. Washer/Dryer if needed with wash pods available. Walk less than 60 yards to San Gabriel Park, Walking/Bike trails, electric bike rentals, Palamino’s Restaurant, Recreation Center, and Community Center.
River bridge to cross over to Soccer, Baseball, and Softball Fields, and karoke or fish fry at the local VFW. Ride a bike or walk less than 1/2 mile to the famous G’town Square where you can attend the Christmas Stroll, 4th of July Parade, Red Poppy Festival, monthly market days, and weekends filled with local breweries, unique dining, and live music. NO Pets/NO Children.

The house was lovely, beds were so comfortable and everything we needed for a great stay was available. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone that wants a cozy, comfortable place to stay. It was close to everything we wanted to see and do. Loved it and the host was very accommodating and responsive.

What a stunning quiet cottage tucked away but still within reach of everything! We loved all the outside living spaces. We truly enjoyed all the extra touches put into this home

Such an adorable place. It’s centrally located and was very quiet. Nice to also have a garage to park in, as well. Karen, the owner, was very helpful and easy to reach with any questions. I can 100% recommend this property to anyone.

A very intentionally welcoming feeling curated throughout the home. Wonderful outdoor spaces with enough shade provided to enjoy even in July. Great location for downtown & Blue Hole. We plan to return.

One of the best rentals I’ve stayed at. and we have been to many!!!! Comfortable , clean and within walking distance to everything we wanted to do.

The outdoor space is beautiful and a great addition. We loved hanging out and ate meals there, too. The cottage inside is very welcoming, too. The cottage is super close to walkable places to explore. We had ideal weather that allowed us to do daily walks.

Perfect size for two singles or two couples. Super cute, relaxing and great outdoor spaces. Close to downtown and the square. My mom loved it so much she said she could live there!

Beautiful home with great hospitality. It was the perfect place to stay for Southwestern’s homecoming weekend. Only challenge was no closet space in master bedroom but Karen worked with us to figure it out. Outdoor gathering spaces are a bonus as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Quiet Retreat

We enjoyed Karen’s home very much! It was very clean and comfortable, located in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed! We would stay there again.

Warm, inviting and so comfortable. We enjoyed the front porch in the mornings, and the great screened in back yard area in the evenings. The beds were comfortable and the accommodations were all around very well appointed.

Home was full of decorative elephants and plants! Really beautifully decorated and very comfortable and well stocked. Plenty of rooms to relax and spend time watching videos. Very comfy beds.

Great place!

The property was beautiful inside and out. Coffee bar was a nice touch. Porches were great to hang out on and the neighborhood and park across the street were nice for walks.

The attention to detail was exceptional and communication with the host was fantastic. Check in was super easy and very welcoming. Very relaxing and I wish I could have stayed longer to take advantage of everything this home had to offer. The outside patio area was more than I could have imagined - the photos do not do it justice. My travel planning failed to incorporate sufficient time to simply enjoy everything this home had to offer. I would absolutely stay here again if given the opportunity.
