Thank you for your 5 star review! We’re glad you loved everything about bsv_villa3741. We do apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with the lines to get into the resort. Unfortunately, we are only the property management of the home you stayed in, not the resort, so we do not have control over their gate procedures. Some guests may experience delays during peak arrival times or travel seasons. We do encourage guests to plan accordingly so that there are no delays! The resort has opened up the second side gate, which is accessible to guests once they have picked up their passes. However, we are happy to share your feedback with resort management as our guest's experience is our top priority, and it is feedback like yours that can help the resort improve the procedures. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back on your next visit to the Orlando area!

Thank you so much for this lovely review! We are absolutely thrilled your family had such a wonderful stay and that the home was a great fit for your group. With kids ranging from 2 to 20, finding a vacation rental that works for everyone is no small feat, and we love hearing that the layout, cleanliness, and space hit the mark for your whole crew! It warms our hearts to know the strollers came in handy for your little one. Those thoughtful touches are exactly what we try to provide at Blue Sky Villas to make Central Florida family vacations as easy and stress-free as possible. No stroller rental needed means one less thing to worry about when you are exploring everything the Kissimmee and Orlando area has to offer! We are so glad you made the most of the private pool and the resort pool as well. There truly is no better way to spend a family vacation in the Orlando area than days full of swimming and sunshine. And you are right, with Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and so much more just a short drive away, there is never a shortage of things to do for families of all ages.
