My 4 friends and I had a wonderful mid-October vacation at the Casas de Santa Fe. The property was lovely, well supplied, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed sitting in the backyard in the autumnal sunshine after our daily pursuits in Santa Fe and environs. Would love to return there some day.

This was a great spot to stay for a girls trip. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. There was a nice sitting area in the living room and plenty of sitting areas outside. You can walk or drive to the square easily.

Beautiful property, and great support on checking and throughout. They let us in an hour early, which was so helpful. We had a glass shortage problem and they brought us more glasses right away. There were quite a few ants in the kitchen, but otherwise the property was clean, and very well managed. Will come back again with our whole family.

A perfect place for a girls’ trip. Very comfortable beds and a nice family room to sit with our coffee in the mornings. Loved the outdoor gazebo sitting area.

The pullout couch was filthy; sheets put away wet; toilet not steady and terrible smell when flushed.The location was great and plenty of room for us.

Classic SW style with comfort

Wonderful private bedrooms with baths and lovely living room and back yard for gathering dinibg and playing with dogs.Very special neighborhood and close to everything we needed.

Hosting Linda was a delightful experience. They were highly respectful of the property, leaving it in excellent condition. Communication was smooth, and they adhered to all house rules. Their friendly demeanor made them an ideal guest. We appreciate their stay and would gladly host them again.

Lovely central location in a charming neighborhood. Crisp cotton sheets on comfy beds. Sparkling bathrooms. Private garden is large with gazebo dining. This is our second time to stay. We will be back.

Five Fine Friends in Santa Fe

Our stay in the Historic Eastside house could not have been better! We enjoyed the authenticity and comfort of the home as well as its location. We particularly loved the backyard gazebo!

Friends' Weekend

We had a great stay here. The house is adorable and very well maintained. There were 5 of us and plenty of room for all. The backyard was a great place to sit and have a fire in the fire pit. It is located a short walk away from restaurants and the historic town square. We look forward to our next visit!

Had an absolutely wonderful time! The location can not be beat. Coffee shop 2 blocks down the way and walkable to the downtown area. 4 bathrooms (4 toilets, 2 tubs and 3 showers) was utterly amazing for 6 people. The hottub cover was kind of broken but we were able to put it back on. Hottub was WAY WAY too hot (109 degrees) not sure why it was constantly running and couldn't figure out how to turn it off. We left the cover off for a few hours to cool it down to be able to use it. Definitely an ant problem. We saw a few scattered around (we didn't leave any food out) and on our last day the bathroom by the dining room was teeming with ants. Had to use the ant spray under the sink to deal with them. The AC also doesn't hit the whole house. The entryway hallway, dining room and bedroom with bunk beds were constantly hot. We were mostly out of the house exploring downtown so we didn't mind.

Fun gals trip

We are six gals in our seventies and enjoyed the quaint mariposa a lot! There was room for us all inside, although the bunk room was too small for more than one person. The yard is beautiful, and the area quiet.

Old Gal reunion

This property worked perfectly for our group of 4 lively senior citizens. Excellent back yard. Prime location. Every one had their own room and their own bathroom (one was a half bath). Firepit and hot tub big pluses. Dining area great for games and meals. We would definitely come back.

Good house, great backyard

We had a very good stay at this house. We had a large family group, and were comfortable. The backyard was particularly great, with two gazebos, hot tub, fire pit and other seating areas. The only negative was the living area was smaller than I understood from the description, but it worked OK(and might have been me not seeing the picture well) . The location was good, close to a lot of things to do.

wonderful reunion

We stayed here to celebrate our 41st graduate reunion. All was good with the rental. Only suggestion is to provide more wine glasses as there were only two non matching wine glasses.

Four cousins who haven’t seen each other in years! We all loved this home. We went to Indian Market and enjoyed the walkability! The location is terrific. Love Downtown Subscription Coffee! Close to Canyon Road Galleries!The staff of Casas de Santa Fe were very considerate! Neighbors in the area were friendly. All in all we would say it was a WIN except for one little detail….no coffee!

Two families shared the house.

Great adobe homes in neighborhood, and fantastic location. Could easily walk to Canyon Road galleries, and the Plaza. Great large backyard with a hot tub. Well equipped kitchen- we grilled and prepared meals. Layout of house is a bit strange but it worked. Room with bunkbeds was tiny. All beds were very comfortable. Great value for lovely accommodations.

We stayed at the Mariposa for one week with our extended family while celebrating our daughter’s wedding. The bedrooms were comfortable - the bunk room would work for 1 adult or a couple of smaller children. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans and utensils. The sitting room was comfortable. We particularly loved the fenced-in backyard area with a hot tub (shared with the casita next door) and multiple sitting areas for relaxing. Location was a very short drive or doable walk to the square and close to Canyon Road. The Downtown Subscription was a very short walk away with excellent pastries and coffee. We recommend the property!
