Lovely and comfortable

We had a lovely stay very comfortable well equipped vacation home. Conveniently located near the university within walking distance if you have any event to attend. Beautifully decorated.

Great location

We have stayed in this home several times and highly recommend it to others. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, nice back yard, and great location - walking distance to Southwestern U and the Square.

Weekend stay

We really enjoyed the property. It was nice, clean and well kept! The check in and out process was easy. We will definitely stay here again.

House was adorable and host very responsive. The backyard was completely fenced in perfect for my babies and relaxing by the fire pit. Perfect old town feeling Gus’s drug store one house down in case you forgot your toothbrush, or need Motrin will be back.

Wonderful House Downtown

Warm hospitality

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much! The cottage is darling. The location is perfect as it’s close to the square and a great neighborhood to run in. We felt the hospitality throughout our stay. We look forward to staying here again!

Cozy cottage

We enjoyed our stay. I loved the old cottage architecture and furnishings. There was plenty of room for 4 to 6 people. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and everything for cooking a meal. The porch swing was a nice retreat. It truly was a short walk to the town square, location was prefect.

The house was nice, cozy and beautiful, had all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay with proper instructions. The host was super, appreciate him coming to our help even in bad weather and making sure we were comfortable, thanks Miguel

Everything was extremely well furnished with all that we needed. The communication with the host was easy and the responses were prompt. All the information we needed was available. I loved all the labeling on switches and locks etc.,We really enjoyed the location, being able to walk downtown and to the university. I have only good things to say.

Very thoughtful hosts- Anticipated all needs including coffee, wine, charging stations, fire pit and just overall loveliness of the property. Location is fantastic too- very close to Square, restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

My girlfriends and I take an annual girls getaway every Fall. The home was so ideal to walk to the square. Breakfast both mornings on the back porch. The house was absolutely adorable and warm. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Wonderful!

We’ve stayed at several VRBO properties in Georgetown and this is our new favorite. Great location, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen for those who want to cook while visiting, and very friendly and accommodating owners. We will be back. Highly recommend!

We had the most awesome Christmas with our daughter at the Pine Street Cottage. Miguel made sure we were able to check in early on Christmas Eve, and he even brought over the best-tasting ribs we'd ever eaten. This place is so close to town we could easily walk to town with our little rescue Pomeranian (in a stroller), and we had a fabulous time. We are VRBO regulars, and this cottage was well-stocked with absolutely everything we might need, and so much more. After three long days on the road it was a fabulous place to "come home to," and I highly recommend it.
