Gorgeous GULF VIEW unit in Tops'l Beach and Tennis Resort!! Tops'l Summit 610 is a two bedroom, two bath condominium in the Summit building with views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and Tops'l Preserve, and just an easy three minute stroll to the beach.

Tops'l is a beautifully landscaped paradise resort, popular year around, with private security, and several resort restaurants.Summit guests have their own private swimming pool, outdoor BBQ grill area, and organized family activities. Located across the highway from the resort is Baytowne with its many restaurants, entertainment, shopping and summertime fireworks displays.

Summit 610 is a 6th floor unit with spectacular patio views of the gulf and preserve. Inside, the family room has a smart TV with DVD player, cable TV and free WIFI. The two bedrooms sleep 6, with a king bed in the master bedroom, and a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunkbeds in the guest bedroom. Each bedroom has a full bath. The entire unit has been completely upgraded with new flooring, countertops, kitchen island and seating area, and master bath tiled shower with whirlpool spa.

Tops'l Summit 610 is the perfect family getaway: a luxurious condominium steps away from the gulf, with the latest in updates and amenities, located in the most beautiful resort in the area!

The Summit guests no longer have access to the gulf front pool at Tops'l and may not have access to the Blue Dunes Grill next to the gulf front pool.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Spring break 2024

The condo was clean, great location, lots of amenities and fully stocked! We love how easy everything was from booking to checking in to checking out. We hope to stay again!

Perfect getaway

This condo was clean & fully equipped with everything we needed for our perfect vacation. It was a short walk to the beach with options for food & drink right on property. We will definitely be back here.

Beautiful view

This is about our sixth time staying at the summit. This is the nicest one we’ve been to. Clean, decor is really nice. Owner has thought of everything and supplied guests with all the necessities you need. Would like to come back next year

Great holiday visit

Property was even better in person. The updated kitchen and living room was beautiful and there were nice touches throughout - candles, throws, etc. Having the bunk beds in the guest room was perfect for a family of 5. Overall great trip and we would go back!

Family Vacation

This condo was perfection for a family of five! It was clean, well equipped with everything down to the beach wagon filled of supplies! It was a simple walk to the beach and Tides Pool! the location was perfect! We will definitely be back to this condo in the future!

Great week

This unit was a comfortable place to relax. Great view. Great location, close to many restaurants and shops. Only suggestion: replace light bulbs that have burned out in the lamps.

Beautiful condo with ocean view

We loved our stay in this wonderful condo. It exceeded our expectations. My aunt cried when she saw the view from the bedroom window. White beach, blue ocean as far as you can see.

Great Place & Great Views!

We really loved our stay here, the location was great, the views were great! It was a nice walk to the beach! We liked that there were beach chairs & umbrellas we could use. We had a great time only two things that I didn’t like was the kids bunk bed moved/rocked, and the extra bed in the kids room made a lot of noise when sitting on it. Other than that really great place to stay!

The unit was well decorated...very comfortable...has amazing views of the gulf...had most everything we needed in the kitchen, baths, etc. to make our stay very enjoyable!

Wonderful Beach Escape

Summit unit 610 is wonderful! The ocean views are breathtaking! The coloring and decor was beachy and subtle … beautiful. The furniture was comfortable and welcoming!! Very spacious and clean. This was our first trip to the Destin area, and we decided we loved the units location in Mirmar Beach! We’d definitely come back!

Perfect condo for our family

Our family can’t wait to go back to Miramar Beach and we plan to stay in this same unit. It was extremely clean and had obviously been recently updated. The island in the kitchen was perfect for our family of 5 to eat meals at. The view was great. We were able to see dolphins swimming in the morning as we drank coffee on the balcony. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The beach wagon with beach toys and supplies was a nice bonus and made our trips to the beach easier. Our kids loved the kids activities at the pool near the beach each day. The made tie die t-shirts, shark tooth necklaces and my daughter did a mermaid swimming lesson where they put in mermaid tails and swam in the pool with a mermaid. The bar at that pool was pricey but great to enjoy a cocktail after time at the beach. The pool at The Summit building was warm and relatively quiet. Honestly the only negative I can say was that the Blue Dolphin beach rentals took up most of the waterfront beach space with their rental chairs which seemed unfair to those with their own chairs and supplies. That being said we were able to find a great spot on the beach everyday. The unit is only a few minute drive from Baytowne Warf and other great areas. We definitely plan to return to this unit in the future.

Awesome location

Pictures don’t do justice. Very roomy with a comfortable couch. 3 min walk to private uncrowded beach. Definitely booking again!

Great Condo!

This was a great condo. Nice view of the ocean. Close to the pools, and short easy walk to the ocean. Kitchen had everything you need and well organized.

Nice 2 bedroom condo.

Walk to beach about 5 minutes. Condo needs to have some extra trash bags and dishwasher detergent. Master bedroom sheets were sandy.
