Northwoods Wisconsin Retreat!! Newly built cabin sleeps 12 comfortably.

Northwood's home in Washburn County, WI. Great for snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, snowshoeing, skiing, biking, canoeing, and much more. This home would also be a great retreat for book clubs and quilters to gather at. Great Location: 1/2 hour from Hayward, 1.25 hours from Duluth, MN, 1/2 hour from Spooner, WI. This cabin was built less than 5 years ago. The snowmobiling trails/atv trails run on the property. The scenic Namekagon River is less than 2 miles from the doorstep. We will rent this for the American Birkebeiner or to snowmobilers or to anyone just wanting to get away to the Northwood's for a quiet weekend retreat

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The hosts did a great job communicating before our visit and the home was 100% ready for our stay. The home is located right next to the snowmobile trail, which is a requirement for us on these winter trips. I would definitely stay here again.

great place to stay. close to utv trails plenty of parking cabin had everything we needed and then some kitchen will equiped quiet at night we had great trip would stay again, olny thing missing is my wife wanted to see a bear

This was the PERFECT location for a family Girl’s Birthday celebration! Ultra clean and comfortable for our group. Gorgeous location. Easy to find. Generous amenities that made it feel like home. INCREDIBLE kitchen and overall space. Our hosts were very communicative and kind! Will definitely consider a stay her again!

Very nice cabin. The basement was a nice spot to hangout at night and the yard was the perfect size to play games. Everyone enjoyed the cabin and would definitely stay there again

Great Cabin

Location is perfect for canoeing on the Namekogan, we tented out in the yard and had a fire each night. Plenty of room for families and friends inside and a great deck.

Wonderful property! UTV girls trip was a memorable one There’s everything you need in this place and plenty of space. Great access to lots of trails. Would definitely recommend to big groups!

Family vacation

The cabin was very clean and comfortable!!! We loved the secluded location, while still close enough to surrounding activities for day trips!! Our family loved the downstairs game room, lot's of great memories had!!!!

We had a great stay in Trego! This house was perfect for 3 couples. Plenty of everything Very clean and perfect access to the SxS trails. We will stay here again!

Golf Trip

It was a great place for 8 guys to hang out after a day of golfing. Lots of space, great kitchen, fun lower level, and great sleeping arrangements. Would stay here again!

UTV weekend

It was a dream of David's to build on the land that his father had purchased back in the 1940's. There was and old building on the property that they all called the "deer shack!" The shack was falling down and could hardly be used by the hunters. "It was really bad when a bunch of Wisconsin hunters had a hard time staying there." So David and I (Carolyn) decided to build a new home on the property. It is our dream to rent it so that other people can enjoy the north woods of Wisconsin! We welcome visitors for a relaxing stay at our north woods retreat!!
