This was an incredibly clean home and was perfect for our trip. The location was convenient and all information and details leading up to our stay were clear. Check-in was a breeze. I’d definitely recommend this home.

This rental is very cozy and immaculate. The home is in a beautiful location close to all major activities. You will feel like you are at a five star hotel it is very clean and decorated beautifully. This property does not disappoint. It was our 3 rd time renting this place and we will definitely be back .

We had such a nice long weekend in Chatham! The house was very clean and only 5 minutes from Main Street Chatham shopping. We had plenty of space at the house for the 5 of us. We would definitely come stay again!

This is an immaculate property. The setting is stunning. The accommodations were perfect. The location is excellent. We had the best time! There is a bonus room downstairs, plenty of outdoor seating, and communicative hosts!

This was our second time staying here and it was just a wonderful as the first. Open floor plan and large private lawn were great for our family to spread out. Close to beaches and downtown but also quiet and peaceful. We will be back!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect with the house tucked away on a quiet street but also so close to downtown and beaches. The house was spotless and the perfect size for a group. We truly felt at home on the cape. Would recommend this home to anyone and will hopefully be back !

A perfect home - and location - for a Thanksgiving celebration away. From the gracious hosts, to easy access to local shops and the beach, to the beautiful new England setting, all was perfect. We left filled with gratitude.

The location is close to Main Street, and you can walk to coffee or shopping if you like to walk a mile or so each way(we did daily). The house is beautifully decorated and furniture is new and stylish. The neighborhood is beautiful and so is the ourdoor and patio area. It slept 7 ladies easily. Highly recommend!

Just finished a week enjoying this wonderful rental in a great location and peaceful setting but what stood out was the house itself - in top condition , beautifully decorated and thoughtful touches .

Beautiful home in a perfect location

The house was beautiful and the layout was perfect for our family. Location is ideal and within very short distance to downtown area, restaurants and beaches. Lisa and Brian were wonderful hosts, and highly communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second year in the house and just as great as we remembered it! Very clean so nicely decorated and comfortable with great benefits for the kids like games and a hammock!

Family Heaven!

Our family absolutely loved our stay! There was plenty of room for everyone and the basement with the ping pong table was a hit every single night. The rooms were super comfortable, the place was very clean, and we had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you to the owners!

Wonderful family vacation home

Lisa and Brian have the perfect family getaway. Their house has all the amenities you need along with extra perks like board games, table tennis, bonus basement for extra room and young kids to play in. Location is close to town but also very private which we liked. Would definitely recommend this place to all our friends.

The house was perfect for our needs - a group of 6 adults - and we had a lovely stay in Chatham! It was in a quiet, walkable neighborhood with a large yard. We were close enough to walk/bike to Chatham center for shopping/morning coffee/Anglers game, beach yoga, dinner, etc. and just a short drive to the beach (Hardings was a gem!). The house had all the amenities you could want - spacious rooms (with reliable wi-fi and several desk areas for those who had to work remotely on occasion), comfy beds, excellent water pressure, air conditioning, and nice/private outdoor spaces (deck and fire pit) for gathering/relaxing. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed to cook at home several nights. Overall we had a wonderful stay and hope to return next year!
