Mixed Feelings
Easy check in. Clear instructions. Never needed to talk to host. Great location. Very quiet and convenient. Condo was modern and nicely appointed. Upon check-in we were very pleased. Things were organized and appeared clean but our feet were black from walking around so the floors need more attention. Everything else was clean.
The tub and shower are slippery and would benefit from some grip tape. The soap, shampoo and body wash were a nice touch. We had everything we needed in the way of laundry pods, dish soap, etc. The towels were amazing!
The screened in porch was our favorite! The listing says hot tub but there isn’t one. There is a jacuzzi in the master bath but hot water tank is small so you can’t get enough hot water in it to call it a hot tub.
I know beds are subjective, so for some, these may be great but for us, the beds were dreadful. Rutted, mushy and the linens on the king were so pilled it felt like there was sand in the bed. We tried both beds, we tried couches, we tried splitting up into separate beds. We left to go to a hotel after two nights because we couldn’t sleep. We didn’t call the host because I imagine she can’t do anything about the beds so we just gave up. If you’re sensitive to light, bring a sleep mask or try another property because the window coverings are very thin and the property is very well lit.
We wouldn’t stay again because of the beds and window coverings which is a shame because it’s a nice place with a great location.
