Welcome to our stunning 2br 2ba completely remodeled condo with amazing water view, centrally located minutes away from Table Rock Lake, Golf courses, Branson Landing, the 76 Strip, Shows, Restaurants, Silver Dollar City, Outlets and a lot more. Large screen Smart TV, electric fire place, Wi-Fi internet, washer/dryer…

Table Rock lake and Moonshine Beach is 5 min drive enjoy swimming, kayaking, rent a boat/Jet ski at state park Marina.

Fall Creek Marina with the boat rentals is within the resort area (appx 3min drive) on a beautiful Taneycomo lake which is famous for trout fishing( fishing gear is available for rent at fall creek marina)
Spend a day playing golf on any of the golf courses, closest one is Point Royale.
Silver Dollar City is 15 min drive where this world famous park has fun rides, shows and delicious food for whole family.
After a fun day exploring Branson come back and enjoy amazing water view from the balcony.
Kitchen: Custom fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay ( fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, utensils, dishes and basic condiments. (Paper towels, dishwasher detergent, soap provided)
Beautiful Living Room with Vaulted Ceilings: Has two sleeper full size couches for extra sleeping space, large 55 In Smart TV with pre-installed applications (Netflix, Prime, YouTube etc.) that guests can use to login with their accounts. Has Electric Fireplace and access to balcony.
Dining Room: Has table with seating for 6 people
Master Bedroom: Has a large king size bed with luxury combo sprint/memory foam mattress for great night sleep. Also has full walk-in closet
Downstairs Bathroom: Has a separate area with double glass sink vanity and full tub and shower.
Upstairs Loft Bedroom: Has a queen size bed with luxury memory foam mattress and bathroom (Shower and vanity. Also has closet space.

Family-Friendly, slept 5 just fine. Place was clean. Great location just outside the big mix of Branson but close enough to easily enjoy all it had to offer. Safe neighborhood.

Very relaxing stay!

Property was very clean and comfortable. Great location and very quiet! Beautiful view from the balcony. Very quick access to the river, lake, and the Branson area. We plan on coming back.

Perfect size and location

We just got back from our stay. This condo was perfect for us. 4 adults and a 2 year old. The space was just what we needed and the location was the best. It’s off the main road so not as much traffic and easy to get to everything. The owners are ver prompt when returning messages. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing Stay ~ Highly Recommend!

We had a fantastic time at this property! The condo was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to all the adventures we had planned, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. It was the perfect place for our family to relax and make wonderful memories. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Beautiful condo with Amazing view

Annual family trip to Branson. We always stay at Fall Creek Resort and rented similar condos in the past, this one is by far nicest condo we stayed at. Fully renovated, very comfortable beds, clean and has amazing view - we will definitely be back next year.

We had a quick little stay at the lake this weekend and this place was perfect. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, very nice kitchen to fit our needs. It was very clean. I like this place and we will be booking again.

Work Trip

Booked through work. Check in was easy, conveniently located near conference location. Minutes away from the strip and entertainment but far enough away to not have the hustle and bustle of the strip. Room was clean, and matched the online description to a T. I would highly recommend staying here again.

Titanic museum

Brought granddaughter and her friend down to see the titanic museum. They enjoyed that the most of the trip. The condo was clean and updated. Had a upstairs so we all had our privacy.

Mothers day get away

The overall stay was convenient to branson and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The upstairs bathroom trash had not been emptied of hygeine products and I found a wad of black hair on the bedroom window sill. Floors could have been cleaner.

Horrible property

That was the most uncomfortable stay I have ever had. The AC was substandard, the bathroom was made for children, beds and pillows uncomfortable and how can you even call that Rick hard futon, a bed! The tv didn’t swivel and you couldn’t even see it from the couch. Horrible!!!!

Nice Location, Modern Place, lacks amenities

The location is nice and quiet, extremely clean and decorated very modern. If you are looking for basic accommodations, safe area, this location is more than acceptable. I would like to call out a few things that are lacking. The condo sleeps 6 people, but it would be uncomfortable and two of the beds are futons and are not comfortable at all. Having futons for sofa's is not comfortable when you are wanting to sit around and relax on "soft" furniture. There are very limited towels and washcloths. For our stay there were 3 of us and we were given 6 towels and 4 washcloths. There is a washer/dryer comb, however, you can only wash or dry, small loads and you cannot wash/dry at the same time. Also, if you are big coffee drinkers, would recommend taking your own coffee pot as the coffee pot in this condo is five cups. The bed in the downstairs room is very comfortable. The bed in the upstairs room is very uncomfortable and squeaks every time someone moves. In addition for travelers, an iron and ironing board would be very helpful to have. The door has a video doorbell which was concerning to me, and made us wonder if we were being watched coming and going. This property was just not the best for our families and things we are accustom to having when we travel.

Nice Condo

Condo was clean and beautifully remodeled and very nice. Wish I would have known the pond out front was not part of any moving water and had lots of algae. Not a great view. Downsides for us was the loft bedroom was completely open and could not be isolated so sound just filled the space except for the downstars bedroom that had a door. Downstairs shower had hot and cold reversed so my wife thought the hot water was used up when it wasn't.
