Experience the thrill of breathtaking lake views and mesmerizing sunsets right from your cozy one-bedroom condo, ideally situated next to the Stagecoach Lodge and Boulder Lodge at Heavenly. This inviting retreat is designed with your comfort in mind, featuring a spacious loft that accommodates two groups, ensuring everyone feels at home. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, complete with granite countertops, a flat cooktop, and stainless steel appliances, perfect for cooking up delightful meals and creating unforgettable memories with family and friends. As you relax in the living room, the new gas fireplace casts a warm glow, providing a snug ambiance for those chilly winter evenings. With a private queen-sized bedroom and an additional loft area with two queen beds, this condo offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.


Occupancy Rules:
*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 6 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 2 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. The parking is not assigned and is first come first serve for this neighborhood parking areas. During winter months cars must be rotated to allow for snow removal operations. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are located in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

Nice place, great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really liked the place. Amazing views from the balcony. Nice kitchen, clean bathrooms, great location. Close to South Shore. Only minor issue was that the balcony door got stuck and was difficult to close. Proably needs hinges adjusted. No major impact on our enjoyment of the place.

House was good. Bummer no screens on windows to leave open to cool at night. One of the huge reasons we picked this location was because of pool and hot tube to only find out two days into our stay it would be closed to be torn down. I even emailed prior to our stay when I noticed it was not longer an amenity on our listing. They just told me where the pool was and didn’t inform me it would be shut down. Huge letdown. Beds aren’t comfortable. Over all the condo is decent.

Beautiful view

We had a good stay, we LOVED the view. The house was clean and had plenty of towels etc. my only complaint would be the sound from downstairs traveled up to the loft area and vice, verse. Next trip we would prefer a 2nd room with a closed door rather than a loft area.

Great location, great place to stay!

We had a great time staying at this place. We love the fireplace, the view, the full kitchen. Would be even lovely if you have netflix or hulu subscription. The HDMI cable for some reasons didn't work. But it's trivial. We had a great time. Would come back and recommend our friends too.

Heavenly View

Beautiful view. Warm without air conditioning however cool nights and windows/door open helped. One way road inconvenient but understandable in winter with snowbanks. Overall, a great unit for price.

Great location with a beautiful balcony

The place was clean and great. Our only issue was the the hottub was unavailable. I know this is out of the owners control but the hottub was a big part of why we picked the property. Other than that it was very nice.

Great place for a long weekend.

Beautiful views, easy to find, plenty of parking. We will be staying here again. One note for the owner - check on the microwave, after 3 minutes on high a bag of popcorn was not even warm. Either we were doing something wrong or it might be time to replace. But in no way did it hinder our time there.

Great choice for a small family

This was the perfect place for our short ski trip. The shuttle picks up at the parking lot, or can drive to Stagecoach in 2 min. No long stairs to climb to the front door! The view is amazing to enjoy from the deck or thru the window. The kitchen was particularly well stocked, even with spices! Loved having 3 queen beds which were very comfortable. 2 of the beds are in the upstairs loft but was just as comfortable as a bedroom with a door if you all go to bed at the same time. Agree with the description that the stairs to the loft aren't good for small kids. We would definitely return!

Great views!

The place was a little worn and dirty. We provided a list to management company regarding items needing repair. The walkway to the place seemed a little questionable given the dip. There are two major buildings that are under construction directly across the street. The pool was not in close proximity and seemed pretty small for a community pool. Each morning we were up at 5:30 because the blind was cut short on the sides and the sun shines through and reflects off the mirrored sliding doors. The view was fantastic and the place suitable. With a little TLC, it could be great.

Exceeded Expectations

We loved our little condo. It was perfect for the 4 of us and the view is spectacular. We appreciated the little amenities like starter soaps and toilet paper and things in the kitchen. There were plenty of towels, pillows and linens, as well. The only criticism I would have is with respect to parking- it felt limited and some (inconsiderate) guests made it worse. I also called the property manager once to ask about a shovel as we got record snow during our stay. I never got a call back but fortunately, someone let us borrow theirs. Overall, a great place and we would definitely stay here again.

End of Summer Mini Vacation

We had a nice stay at this property. We loved, loved, loved the sunset view. My husband said that’s what made our stay at the property better. We arrived late Friday night & were excited. But, it’s probably been a few weeks or months since someone had stayed here; there were cobwebs coming from the up high (from ceiling, ceiling fan, or kitchen cabinet) to the kitchen sink & dining room table (which was set up nicely). Our 2 kids went upstairs to check out the loft and immediately ran down the spiral staircase. My daughter saw a large bug fly onto my son’s shoulder. The bug then stung my son’s neck - he felt the sting & pulled out a stinger from his neck. We then see the bug fly toward the glass door to the deck where my husband caught it. We googled Tahoe bugs in the summer and it was a “snake fly”. Although they do not bite, this one stung my son’s neck and per google “they sting to lay eggs” so of course my son was freaking out that eggs were now growing in his neck. We had to “shake down” the house to make sure no other bugs were in the house. It wasn’t until Saturday night when the kids got comfortable with the house. My daughter was lounging in the loft. My son stayed downstairs most of the time. Before arriving, I was in contact with Derek and he was great about replying promptly. He checked to see if there was a crockpot/blender. No crockpot and there was a blender which I didn't end up using for pina coladas since we weren’t really home. We were only home to sleep then took off morning to explore Tahoe. We tried to get back before sunset the first night, but we were out to dinner. 2nd night, too cloudy, last night we made it home just in time and it was spectacular sunset view! I had texted Derek about items that needed fixing - as requested in contract so I informed him about the lock on door to the deck that didn’t lock & the magnet for kitchen faucet was not working and faucet kind if dangled -didn’t retract back to its place. He was again great about replying. One other thing, sleep was uncomfortable for all as there was no AC and it was pretty hot; we opened windows, but it was still stuffy. Adding an AC for summer use would be great. This was our 1st family summer stay in Tahoe. Aside from the cobwebs, snake bug, no AC, this was a great place to stay. Maybe in the future, do a detailed cleaning/dusting before someone arrives - no cobwebs/bugs and add AC. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful property.

Fantastic location and view at this condo. Just a few things we noticed during our stay; loose hardware on furniture and doors, some window screens missing, and we couldn’t open the upstairs windows with mosquitoes out. Overall, it was a good stay and we would book this place again.

Nice Condo in Stateline

The condo was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and cozy, and we enjoyed access to the community pool/hot tub while there.

Great Cabin with Gorgeous Views

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The balcony had a great view of the lake. It was worth it just for that. There were plenty of blankets and towels. There was no way for us the stream anything. We ended up buying a Roku stick so we can watch Netflix. We would stay here again!

Great ski vacation close to Stagecoach lift

Our family of 4 spent 3 great nights at this condo. It is easy to get to, and is right off the Tramsway loop with a shuttle stop right out front. This made getting to the stagecoach lift super easy. The unit itself was very clean, and had adequate space for the four of us. There were no stairs to get there which was nice in the winter! The fireplace was fantastic! It warmed us up quickly and made the place feel cozy. The view is stunning. The kitchen is equipped with most things you need and we cooked all dinners at home. Nice high end touches like heated floors, a drawer dish washer. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. We would stay here again!
