Experience the thrill of breathtaking lake views and mesmerizing sunsets right from your cozy one-bedroom condo, ideally situated next to the Stagecoach Lodge and Boulder Lodge at Heavenly. This inviting retreat is designed with your comfort in mind, featuring a spacious loft that accommodates two groups, ensuring everyone feels at home. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, complete with granite countertops, a flat cooktop, and stainless steel appliances, perfect for cooking up delightful meals and creating unforgettable memories with family and friends. As you relax in the living room, the new gas fireplace casts a warm glow, providing a snug ambiance for those chilly winter evenings. With a private queen-sized bedroom and an additional loft area with two queen beds, this condo offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.
Occupancy Rules:
*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 6 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 2 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. The parking is not assigned and is first come first serve for this neighborhood parking areas. During winter months cars must be rotated to allow for snow removal operations. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are located in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.
