The home is perfect for multi-family groups or larger gatherings, featuring two spacious king suites with private balconies, two additional king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, and a room with two twin beds.
Each bedroom is equipped with flat-screen TVs, high-speed wireless internet, Spectrum cable, and free calling within the US, Canada, and Mexico. The house also features a private elevator for easy access to all three floors, making it perfect for guests with mobility concerns or anyone bringing heavy luggage or groceries.

Important Notes for Your Stay at Angel Sea
As a guest in a residential area, we ask that you be considerate of the noise levels. Please respect quiet hours from 10pm to 7am to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
For pet lovers, Angel Sea welcomes up to 2 dogs, provided they are housebroken and friendly with other pets and people. A one-time non-refundable fee of $200 per pet will be required at the time of booking, which covers extra cleaning and sanitation. A refundable damage deposit of $250 will also be collected. If there are any complaints about barking or disruption, we reserve the right to ask you to remove the pet from the property. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 charge, and you may be asked to vacate. By booking, you agree to these terms. Pet fee is not included in the price of the rental, and must be added directly with the host after booking.

Flexible Cancellation Policy for Your Anna Maria Island Getaway
You can cancel your reservation up to 60 days before check-in for a full refund, minus a $495 processing fee and any third-party travel insurance fees, if applicable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in, or for reservations booked within 60 days, are non-refundable.
To cancel, simply send written notice via email from the address associated with your reservation.
If you cancel within 60 days of your check-in, we will relist the property for rent. If the property re-rents, we will refund the rental amount minus the $495 processing fee and any price differences.
Need to shorten your stay or change properties? Our standard cancellation policy applies, and no changes can be made once your stay has begun.
