You can rent our beautiful Timeshare Studio in the Marriott Grand Residence in South Lake Tahoe at a fraction of the regular cost.

You can't get any closer to the Gondola than this, and have a beautiful studio with all the amenities you could ask for. And everything is within walking distance! There are many shops, restaurants, a theater, casinos, live shows, visitor center, gondola, hiking trails, etc. You can be on the slopes, hiking on a trail, or at the beach without ever getting in your car.

Our condo has a full kitchen, full bath, Queen bed, dining table, security safe, fast wireless internet, widescreen TV and DVD.

You get Free Valet Parking for one car, and free washer & dryer use down the hall. There is also a large Fitness room, Sauna, Steam room, and Spa. Please note, there is no cleaning or linen service provided during your stay.

You can't beat the accommodations, location, and amenities of this beautiful resort!

The unit is strictly limited to 2 adults maximum.

This will surely be one of your most enjoyable vacations!

Wonderful! Highly Recommended!

The condo was fantastic. Wonderful location, excellent staff, clean, and well furnished. Very nice to have a full kitchen for breakfasts and leftovers, and washer/dryer down the hall. We loved our stay and would definitely return.

Heavenly village

Great location at the base of Heavenly gondola. Lots of restaurants and shopping but the kitchen was great to have as well.

Check-in was a breeze. The unit was super clean.

Great place to stay, very convenient

Very nice place to stay, it was a studio, so it was kind of small but very nice. We loved the swimming pool and you are right in the center of Tahoe.

Great location to the activities

The first thing on arrival, I smelt cigarette smell in room. This was a mild lingering stink, but otherwise, nice place to stay at.

Lake Tahoe Property

The only missing element to the Marriott property was that there wasn’t an access directly from our unit to an outside patio, which would have been nice. Other than that you could not beat the location and proximity to all that Lake Tahoe has to offer.

Great room in the center of everything

We were in Tahoe for a wedding, but planned on skiing.. to our surprise, the room was in the center of everything! We didn’t spend a ton of time utilizing the room, since we were out exploring, but I will say the bed was comfy, tv was HD, coffee maker made coffee, and WiFi was solid/good speed. Not to mention that they had complimentary gear check! Only thing I wish we had was a door stop for the bathroom door. Very minor.
