Experience the ultimate holiday retreat at Stay on Osborne, just 30 meters from the shores of Warilla Beach. Discover this superbly situated, spacious apartment that is fully equipped to ensure a delightful and unforgettable stay.

Occupying the upper level of a quiet unit block, directly across from Warilla Beach (no view), this accommodation features a generous front balcony to seat and relax. The interior is very spacious, equipped with a smart TV, ceiling fans in the lounge/dining area and family room, all conveniently on a single level (upper floor).

Accommodating up to 7 guests, this property can extend to accommodate 9 guests at an additional cost upon request, thanks to a sofa bed availability.

The bedroom configuration includes:
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (double bottom, single top)
• Main Bathroom: Shower and separate toilet
• Bathroom 2: Shower in a small tub & toilet

Portacot and high-chair are available for hire upon request and subject to availability.

The fully functional kitchen is complete with a dishwasher and microwave, and the laundry features a washing machine/tub with basic cleaning products supplied.

Explore the enchanting Windang or Warilla Beach safe walkway and bicycle track along the Lake Illawarra foreshore. Nearby attractions include Reddall Reserve, offering BBQ areas, parks, walking tracks, fishing, and swimming. The southern suburbs of the Illawarra, such as Shellharbour, Windang, Warilla, and Lake Illawarra, invite exploration. Take a leisurely stroll along the seawall walkway, play a round of golf at the nearby Port Kembla Golf Course, or indulge in family-friendly activities like the driving range and mini golf. The Lake Foreshore bike track from Windang to Shellharbour is conveniently at your doorstep. Walk to cafes, restaurants, and shops in the village, or take a short drive to major shopping centers.

Stay on Osborne provides direct access to Warilla Beach and is a brief walk to Reddall Reserve on the Lake Illawarra foreshore. Reddall Reserve offers family-friendly amenities such as the Ninja playground, gas barbecues, cabanas, and toilet facilities. The lake is perfect for swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, and various water sports, as well as fishing and prawning. Warilla Beach and nearby Windang Beach are renowned surfing destinations.

For your convenience, all linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied and included in the tariff. Beach towels are the only items guests need to bring.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

The guest limits always apply during the booking period. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.

NSW Planning has passed laws that affect guests. The Code of Conduct for holiday renting can be found on the Fair-Trading website. In Section 2.5.2 of the STR Code of Conduct, guests have an obligation to ensure the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises (if strata) near holiday rental properties. This means guests must be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

For your added security, we will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

Stay on Osborne is opposite Warilla Beach and a short stroll to Reddall Reserve on the foreshore of Lake Illawarra. Reddall Reserve is a great sport for family picnics with the Ninja playground, gas barbecues , cabanas and toilet facilities. The lake is great for swimming, stand-up paddle boarding and all water sports. It is also popular for fishing and prawning. Warilla beach and nearby Windang Beach are popular surfing beaches.

If you feel adventurous check out Windang Island which is nearby. And the area also has numerous bike tracks if you enjoy bike riding. There is so much to do.
