The property could definitely be spruced up but for our short stay and the price, it worked for us. We have no experience with ROKU TV so maybe some instructions would be nice.

Great for a couple. Short drive to the island. Fantastic price. Not much of a kitchen so either eat out or bring a crockpot. Will come here again.

The place was ok for us. It was smaller than I expected. Definitely need updated. The bed and pillows were terrible. The outside porch was nice to watch the sunrise. Needs a mini split for air conditioning not the window unit it’s has in. Hard to cool the whole place with it. It is better than staying in a hotel room. If we would vacation there again we would probably look for a different place to stay if the upgrades are not done.

The stay was okay overall, but unfortunately it was not the 5-star experience we were expecting based on the listing. When we arrived, there was an unpleasant smell in both the room and on the porch. The room was also considerably smaller than we expected based on the photos. Additionally, the air conditioning did not cool the room very well, which made the space uncomfortable at times. We appreciated the stay, but these issues impacted our overall experience and are worth noting for future guests.

There's a chance the smell was the marsh mud, but we will investigate to ensure there's no other root to the problem. Sparkling clean and in a very convenient location. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the beautiful, peaceful view. It would have been even better if some basic in-room amenities like tea or coffee were provided. Check in instructions are not really clear. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!

A quiet getaway, lots of R&R

The location is close to everything, but secluded and quiet for when you just want to relax. We loved the closed in porch where we sat for hours on end talking and watching the water. We really felt comfortable and at home.

Furnishings and carpet were a bit worn but clean. The porch is absolutely fantastic. Location is excellent. Very quick responses to any messages that were sent to the host. We brought our own kayaks and electric assist bikes and had an absolutely wonderful stay.

Peaceful Relaxing Haven on the Water

Small Cozy condo for couples. Very quiet and relaxing with great sunrises and sunsets! Great location with being on the water!

Overall, a very nice experience. The host/s were excellent communicators. The place and the view were a little nicer on VRBO than in person, but not really a big deal. Parking right in front of the room which was more like a motel than an apartment. I did not dig the rattan furniture or the bed but the outer sitting area was very nice… definitely the best part of the place… and the water pressure in the shower was AWESOME!! I think it should’ve been cheaper for an off season rental with a view of the causeway… Still, it was clean and conveniently located and I really did appreciate the Johnny on the spot communication from the host. I’d go back… especially for a lower price. Lol what can I say, I like a bargain.

Gorgeous view.

Saw egrets and herons eating breakfast at low tide. Saw gorgeous sunsets. A pod of dolphins passed by on our last morning.

Lovers Lane

This was a very nice condo perfect for a couple. It had a great View and was very convenient. We would consider staying there again.

Quiet Retreat

Perfect getaway to unwind for three nights. Easy access from the bridge heading into Chincoteague. The screened porch was a big plus. Quick response when contacting the agent with a small issue.
